Bennys Classic Grill

Going home too late to cook so we ate here because it was one of the few places open until 10pm on a Wednesday in the area. Great prices,(ordered the special of the day) and the Italian burger was so juicy and had a great flavor! The bun was soft and the fries were nicely seasoned. Also, tasted the onion rings and salmon pannini, all the food was excellent, but the burger was the best. The cashier taking our order was still upbeat and in a happy mood even that late. Try it if your in the area and you won’t be disappointed.

This is definitely on par with some of the best burger joints in Dallas. The prices are super good and the food is on top of the charts. I eat a lot of burgers and chicken tenders, and if I was going to go to a chain restaurant or a mom and pops restaurant I’d come here every time!

Love this place! If you haven’t been and you live in East Dallas you’re in for a treat.

This place is excellent — do NOT understand why it is not crowded because the burgers are delicious — meat is fresh, juicy, toppings are unusual gourmet, fries perfect. EAT HERE!

This is a great place to eat! The food is good and the prices are cheap and definitely affordable. The place is always clean and safe is friendly. I will definitely be back to eat at Benny’s classic grill!

Gag! It’s almost like the frozen food section at Sam’s Club opened a restaurant… Everything is frozen and processed. Prices reflect what you get, cheap for cheap.

Great place for a burger! Ordered the southwest burger and onion rings, they were both awesome! The staff is courteous, facility is clean and the desserts looks very good. I’ll have to try a dessert next time. Anyways, this was a great meal for last minute dinner! So glad I came.

We were visiting our son in the area with some friends & it was our turn to pick a place to eat lunch. Checking Unilocal, we made a list of possibles in the area & settled on Benny’s when our first choice was too crowded… and we were THRILLED that it worked out that way. We weren’t too certain when we pulled into the parking lot for a late lunch because the outside wasn’t ‘impressive’ and not many cars in the parking lot. But…
The interior is 1960s and 70s diner/​café, and the food was fantastic. Our group had a selection of hamburgers that were all juicy, well prepared, tasty, and presented in a very appealing way. The side orders of french fries and onion rings were also excellent. I selected a flat bread hamburger that surprised me in it’s presentation. It was essentially a deconstructed cheeseburger made with very well prepared Angus beef, cheeses, and all the condiments, distributed across a large piece of them flatbread. Each by tasted just like a wonderfully moist & meaty cheeseburger.
Binnys was a true surprise and our entire group left feeling like we had discovered a unique gem in the middle of Garland Road.

This place is a hidden gem! MY co-​worker and I came here because we wanted to branch out and try something new. I had their Classic Burger, which is a pretty good price of $ 5.00, but ordering fries and a drink, my total came out to be around $ 9. Where as, my co-​worker ordered their daily special which was the Southwest Burger, which has spinach and a spicy aioli sauce and it comes with drink and fries for $ 7.
I would definitely come back here because they have a large offering with reasonable prices.

This place serves great food and is reasonably priced. I live in the area and Benny’s is my new go to restaurant. The parking lot is hardly ever crowded, but don’t let that fool you. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I went and have been back several times. The menu has a good variety of burgers, paninis/​sandwiches, and pizza/​flatbread. I’ve tried the classic and lamb burgers as well as the Mediterranean and chicken paninis and lamb gyro. All have been great meals. You must get the onion rings; very flavorful batter!
The only complaint I have is there is no alcohol.

I love the flat bread pizzas from here! And the fried zucchini. We need to remember to go here more often. Its clean, friendly staff and food is great!

Great Gyros! The meat was tender, pita bread fresh and soft. Be sure to ask for feta cheese though. The staff are pleasant and prices good! I’ll always return.

This place is amazing! I have tried many lamb burgers in many places and this place has the best so far. The food takes a bit because they actually make it fresh to order. The price is just as good because it includes fries and drink. Unlike Keller’s where it’s all separately priced.
The burgers are a good size and they’re not not stingy with fries which a plus, because no one wants to run out of fries before they’re done. If you want to eat a healthy gourmet burger this is the place to try.
The service is also one of the best I’ve seen. When my mom received her burger that wasn’t exactly how she ordered it, the lady was very polite and replaced it but also let us keep the burger that was just like the one my step father ordered. When they replaced the burger they replaced the whole combo. Not only that but we got to keep the other burger too and we were given a to go box to take it home.
The staff is very friendly and although the place isn’t flashy on the outside it’s clean and it’s a great place to eat great food at a good price and chill with family and friends. PLUS you can’t beat the daily specials!

I took a break from this place about a year ago when the cook kept grilling gyro meat, strange, I know. Went back today for lunch. The gyro was excellent and the fries incredible (the gyro meat was not grilled!)
I shared a huge classic salad with my dining mate — excellent and I highly suggest the house Italian. Great place for a quick lunch if you like gyros, paninnis and flat breads.

I’ve been here before and it wasn’t that great, so I gave them another chance. .terrible! Service was Bad, Food was BAD, Tea was NASTY.
I don’t see why the higher ratings? Maybe the owner paid them to leave comments, as I’ve seen it before.
You want a good burger, then go to Kellers!

I have been here several times and I highly recommend it to anyone. The location used to be an Arby’s so I’m glad that’s gone this food is better. I have had their awesome burger which is juicy and with lots of flavor, all the paninis, flatbreads, and my favorite the grilled tilapia sandwich. I normally dislike tilapia but this be time I decided to venture out and try it. The sauce or dressing they use on the sandwich is amazing (spicy). Service is nice. It’s clean and so are the restrooms.

If you live in the neighborhood, you must try this place!

Exterior/​interior might not be attractive but their food is awesome!
So far, I and my husband tried lamb burger, salmon panini, spinach glad bread and Italian burger. And yes, fried zucchini and fried green beans are awesome as well.
Friendly service, reasonable price and you even feel healthy eating burgers!
You gotta try this place for once :)
