Found this through reviews on Unilocal & was very happy. The owner has been very friendly & helpful every time. They use an environmentally friendly technique which is a plus & they tailor on site which is helpful. I’ve been very satisfied each time since I started dropping my clothes off about a month ago. My biggest issue with dry cleaners is when clothes would either get lost or come back smelling like chemicals. I’ve not had that problem here! :)

I took 5 pairs of slacks there and paid about $ 30…which is steep… but I’ve never gotten a better dry clean on those slacks… and the press was perfect… I don’t mind paying a little more for quality

I agree with one of the other reviewers that Cox costs significantly more than other dry cleaners, but they also do a much better job than any other dry cleaner I’ve ever used. After having a cheap dry cleaner ruin a dress of mine, I decided to start taking my favorite items to Cox, and I’ve never regretted it.

Great cleaners right near The Village/Walnut Hill area. I’ve been going here for about 4 years and never had a problem. They use nitrogen-injection cleaning, have an overnight dropoff door accessible with the free laundry bag and key received on request, and have gone the extra mile to clean spots and repair buttons on many of my garments. They also have bedsheet cleaning as well as alterations on site. «In by 8AM, out by 5PM» has also saved me many times in a crunch for a formal dinner, wedding, etc.
