Always quick if you’re prepared. They offer tape and scissors and half the time offer to do it for you… Thanks yall!

I’ve been using this location for years with superb service but today they went above and beyond on the service. I showed up with a 91 pound box and a bunch of requirements and they didn’t bat an eye. He got his cart, went out to my car and loaded that enormous package without me even asking! As usual, all my requirements were met and that box is on it’s way. Thanks Eagle Postal!

Ineffective service. I had a package to return and I left the shipping label on the box so that the kid wiring there could read the address that the package needed to be returned to. I paid for the shipping and he clerk said he would place the new label over the old shipping label. The next morning I open my front door to find THESAMEPACKAGE on my door step. I went to Eagle today to ask that they resend the package and correct their error at no cost to me, and the owner refused to resend the package without me paying for it again! The poor kid working there gave me a discount on the re-shipping anyway, but still, I had to pay twice. They just lost me as a customer.

I went in and there was a sign that they’d be back in five minutes. The sign was odd, posted a pic, there were extra words that seemed unnecessary and a phone number without saying I was supposed to call… but I don’t walk into an open business and call for service so that doesn’t matter. Imagining it was a one man shop and people sometimes need to step out I waited… for five minutes… ten minutes… then I left. Lock the door if you’re closed or update your obscure note to say when you’ll really be back… and stick to it.

I was in Dallas getting my old, old, transcripts from AI. I had to send them certified mail to another university so I used my phone application to find a postal center. It lead me to this Eagle Postal Center of Dallas. It looked a little shady inside. It was dim and kind of grungy. I had a day dream that the mob was mailing cement boots to future victims from this postal center. I approached the two, well-groomed Italian men working behind the counter. I tell them about my certified mail situation and the employee tells me that he has only been working there two weeks but he already knows how to work the register. The other employee states that the new guy is going to take over the business with his postal skills. I express my appreciation for being serviced by the new postal prodigy. I give him my package and money. He gave me the tracking number. I would have to say that this was a better experience than all of my USPS visits combined. Anytime I am on Greenville and have the urgent need to mail something, EPC is my place.
