Crest Efficient Solutions

My air went out suddenly. Crest had checked it to year before and added some Freon and gave it a tune up and at that time, I was warned that the system was old and I needed to keep an eye on it. I called Crest in the morning and they worked me in the same day.
Chris B. came out, looked at it and explained in language I could understand what was wrong and what my choices were. It was a costly fix and hope for the best, or replace. Because I work from home, I thought about it and decided to replace.
He gave me choices, advised me about their financing options and came back the following day to install the air. He was quiet, efficient and still available for any questions I had. By 4 in the afternoon I had cool air again. I was very pleased.
I also purchased a new heating unit as it was on it’s last legs as well. So the day after I got the air, they came back to install the heating unit. They arrived later than originally scheduled due to other cooling emergencies, but kept me informed. And I could empathize with people who were hot!!!
I was sure they would reschedule, but Kyle and another teammate showed up about 5:30. It was fine with me for them to do it then so they went to work and got it done. There was one part for the ducting that they did not have, but assured me that they would be back to put that in. There was not a rush for me with the heat, and given the time there was no way for them to get the part that evening. They were efficient, personable and kept me informed as they went. They finished about 9:30 pm and still cleaned everything up, made sure I had all my questions answered and overall were amazing to work with.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality of personnel, their knowledge, and their attitudes. I highly recommend this company.

I noticed my heating unit was coming on and off without any heated air coming thru.
I found Crest heating and air on Angie’s list. I called and made an appt. Chris called me back and gave me an approx. time he would be there and if he could he would arrive earlier. He called to say he was on his way a full hour earlier than expected.
He was very professional and courteous. He looked over the unit and told me the problem and how much it would cost to fix it. He must have seen the terror in my eyes because he quickly added they offered financing. He explained everything to me and within half an hour I had the financing. He and his helper arrived the next day and had the unit repaired within three hours. I would highly recommend Crest heating and air to anyone who wants honest, courteous service.

He took the time to listen, understand and empathize with my dilemma and provided me excellent advice & solutions to my problems. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the time and attention he dedicated me. I am very fortunate to have found him and will continue to utilize him, as well as recommend to all my friends and family! He has an «A» Rating for a reason!
