Domino’s Pizza

For the most part a good shop. However, today its been an 1 hr and 41 mins since I have ordered my food. I called to cancel and they mgr wouldn’t let me saying the food was remade and on its way.
So what?
Horrible customer service today.

Delivery time stated 45 – 60 minutes, but it was delivered within 25 minutes. This was a bit of a inconvenience as I was balls deep in a Tinderella at the time.

Whoever is working phones Monday nights here needs to be fired. Or at least retrained. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. That’s fine. All part of the business. Then the girl picks up, asks what I want and before I can answer in that 1 second, she hangs up. I call back, nobody even picks up. I listened to the phone ring for about 3 to 4 minutes. I’m also in the pizza industry. This is not how things should be done.

The delivery was right on time and pizza was the same as every dominos in the country. Can’t go wrong

While staying at a nearby hotel, we decided to order pizza in. Since we live in a small rural town this is a rare luxury. We ordered from this Domino’s and we were very pleased! The young lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. I was told the wait time was 45 minutes and it was actually delivered in ONLY 30 minutes… BONUS! The delivery man was professional and courteous as well. The pizza was hot and delicious! The recommendation I have is order whatever special is going on at the time. If not, it’s gonna be a little pricey.

Always pleased with delivery time and customer service. Delivery personnel have always been very polite and professional.

Ordered a Pizza a few days ago online. Was advised by Domino’s online tracker that I will have my pizza in 47 mins. Well, after 1 hour and 10mins I called and was told the driver had already left. I waited another 20 minutes after and still no pizza. I only live less than 5mins away.
When pizza arrived my cheese and peppers were missing that I requested. The driver said, so you have to request it. Ugh… I DID! Then he gave me my incorrect change, missing $ 1.25. I was not going to tip anything after my long wait and missing cheese and peppers. So I had to wait till he went to his car to get correct change. Wow!
I called to complain and was told by manager, sorry what do you want me to do! Wow, my first time ordering at this location because I always eat pizza hut. And I will continue eating Pizza Hut moving forward.
Learn some customer service skills Domino’s because your pizza isn’t that great in my opinion! You lost a customer and my company’s business every other Friday when we get pizza to entertain potential clients.

This is my fourth time ordering from here and they have done a good job with time and not messing up my orders, everything is warm at the least when it arrives. If you like domino’s you know the taste, not much to add there. Good experience, always nice delivery guys.

Worth the wait? The pizza was good in usual Domino’s style, however, this location only gets three stars from me due to the slow delivery. Granted it was a Saturday night but an hour and 10 minutes is a bit of a stretch when the estimated wait time we were given was 30 – 40 minutes. Next time, I’m opting for carry-​out for sure.

I only gave this 2 starts because I typically like Dominos. Unfortunately, this location flat out sucks. The manager, Isaac, lacks communication, honesty and all around basic customer service skills. I ordered 2 small items, they told me within 45 mins. After an hour, I called back, they told me it would be there within 10. After 20 going on 25 minutes, still nothing. Then, he blamed my wait on placing my order online… I DIDNT place it online! He replied with «Oh we are sorry, we will cancel the order for you». I will not order from here and I will make sure my friends around me know about it.

Domino’s was really good fifteen years ago and then did something to their pizzas to make them taste bad. Well I tried them again for the first time in ten years and their pizzas are good again. Not the best, but good.

Domino’s is great… the delivery drivers are not.
I love the varieties of pizza they have to offer, and I super love the improvements they’ve been making over the past year or two. Honestly? I hated them until about a year ago.
Their pizza is awesome (for being a delivery place). The bread bites are delicious, and the cinnastix/​breadsticks are great too!
Definitely a fan of this location as well because they messed up my order, BUT, they also gave me a free pizza to keep me as a customer (they did mess up pretty badly). I’m always grateful for a company that goes the extra mile to keep customers happy.
But anyway, I say if you’re in the mood for pizza delivery Dominos is definitely a top competitor in the industry!
