Only have received 1 of 2 shirts so far and I feel like the quality of the final is nowhere near the samples in the store. Six week wait when I was told 3 – 4 and no follow up when they knew things were running behind. I am holding out hope that the tunic fits better (still not arrived) but as of right now, I think that I would have been better off getting a Thomas Pink shirt and visiting my local tailor. The monogram is not centered on the cuff and the letters are not appropriately sized to each other. Given the number of comments on expected shrinkage when I was trying it on, I hope it will fit after the first wash.

Love their blouses and customer service is right there if you have any fitting problems, the price is reasonable and the fit is perfect. I would recommend to anyone looking for a classic blouse or cashmere sweater.
