I’ve shopped at Men’s Wearhouse for several years. Never a bad experience at any location, but I have to give this one props! The entire staff went out of their way to help me outfit my 21 year old in men’s attire at an affordable price. They made sure I got the best deals in combining shirts, ties, jeans, suits, shoes, everything. It was one stop shopping for him to dress as a young man — not just a college student. Went over combinations, what he could do with it — how to tie different knots in the ties. I could just go on, and on, and on — really, no joke. Bill was amazing and the gentleman behind the register, I forgot to get his name, awesome! Bill took such time with my son — totally didn’t have to, but he did. Thanks guys for making a wonderful experience for a mom and her boy, oops, he’s not anymore, I guess.

I hate this place. Incompetence at every step of the process. From ordering suits (a day after ordering received a call from salesman asking if we were ready to order the white suits! White!!! We ordered grey.), sizing, shipping (suits shipped days after we were told they’d be shipped, incorrect items sent to stores), combative manager (Grant– how long did you think it would take? Try listening to me before telling me it’s not your fault.) etc. every step was a disaster.
Zero communication among employees, they all defer back to the original salesman when really any one of them should be able to look up the order!
I will never shop here again nor would I suggest anyone who pays attention to detail shop here.

Why would I ever give this place 4 stars? Because the people who work here are SO damn friendly! And helpful! Mind you, if you buy a suit here it’s only going to last a year or two. When I put on a bunch of weight a couple of years ao I came to this place and bought 4 suits. They lasted long enough for me to get back in shape. .. . well kind of…
I buy my real suits at Cullwells. They last a good 10+ years. And cost a fortune. But I do like the people who work at this Men’s Wearhouse!
