Pretty nice hotel but in a boring part of town. Plus it seems as though they vacuum the halls outside of my door every morning at around 8:30. There’s nothing like waking up to the sounds of vacuuming. The gym is nice, the pool looks poor. The majority of the staff has been extremely excellent. Conveniently connected to a sports bar and grill which is great since there isn’t much else to eat around here unless you are willing to drive around.

Solid hotel. Friendly staff. Our 7th floor room certainly appeared to have been fully renovated. Thin walls on the inside — thanks a lot amorous neighbors! But never once heard a plane from nearby Love, so we slept fine. Comfy beds. Dig the free WiFi. Our AAA rate was approximately $ 155/night. Like the modern stand up shower. Spacious corner room. Hotel had pack & plays available for kiddos(no traditional cribs). Attached sports bar serves a decent hot breakfast buffet of all things. It seemed like the hotel was offering packages with comped breakfasts, so check for that. Was a little surprised they had no complimentary coffee in the lobby. But alas they have those bomb cookies ! Airport shuttle was on schedule and as advertised. Tip for Love Field: security line was super long early on Monday morning. Talked to some regular travels AFTER our trip to learn this is standard. Thank goodness we were TSA pre-screened… we would have missed our flight in the 45 minutes we had otherwise.

Renovations are coming along nicely. The water pressure is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You’ll need to cab to any decent food.

Super convenient to the airport with friendly staff. Unfortunately I had a room on the second floor with a train right outside my window. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

I tried to book this hotel for our film festival. They would not book us since we were not booking 10 rooms a night and gave a higher rate than listed on the website. it is a shame how the hotels in Dallas treat small arts organizations

Oh sweet Jesus. This is the hilton doubletree that hilton forgot. I’m not kidding. Don’t stay here. I’m a loyal hilton member. I travel a lot. First room had no lights. Reeked of cigarette smoke even though I was assured that was impossible. TV remote didn’t work was(oh my god) greasy. Then I went to turn on the AC, and the front panel fell right off… I went downstairs and they transferred me to the«honors floor» and I Was hopeful. Um nope. This room had a few used chewed coffee sticks, a raisin, that I beat to death with a shoe, just to be sure. And a nice lady left some change on the sink and the hairdryer out so I wouldn’t need to bother. Then it got worse. I went for dinner in the restaurant. This is a sport bar, I was the only woman in there, couldn’t get service, so I headed back up for room service. Needless to say I got a raw, not medium rare, raw, burger, and a bug on the lettuce INSIDE the burger. I’ll just drink a bottle of wine, eat the fries, and get the hell out in the am. The kicker is the staff really doesn’t care. Hilton you may want to check in on this one bc its a SH thole. And I’ll double check my Hilton choices online now that I know standards are so different across the brand.

The hotel is nice, the staff are efficient. BUT, there is nothing to do at this site. Few sidewalks as it is in an industrial area. Only restaurant is the one on-site, and the service in the restaurant sucks. Hotel does have free shuttle and is clean. Wi-Fi is not real efficient, but with patience, it’ll work eventually.
