If giving zero or negative stars is an option, I would do it in a heart beat. After receiving poor customer service initally, I left a review. Since then, I have been receiving harassing messages and false accusations against me. If you read reviews on established and reputable businesses, their responses to negative reviews are extremely apologetic and they offer help. On the other end of the spectrum, you have this Kelly B. from Euro Concept continuously to harrass me to remove my previous review. She not only belittled me, accused me, she has done siginificant damage on the business image. Whatever willingness for second chance I had left is completely out of the window now, solely because of her rudeness, unprofessionalism and zero sense of responsbility and quality. You’ve lost one potential customer, I’m sure I won’t be the last. Hope to god that you don’t treat your existing customers the same way. At this rate, can’t imagine this place be in business for much longer.
