They advertise 5×5, but if you measure it, its more like 4×4. They wiggle out of that by saying, «well, we do say approximately» But see, its actually«approximately» 4×4! So you lose 9feet of floor space before you get started! My question was why dont you just say what size is actually is? Then f course they just pass the buck upstairs claiming thats how corporate wants it done. Secondly, they offer a move in special, advertised on the sign out front that«1st month FREE! Ask manager for details.» Thats true, but only if you are renting one of the two units(out of 700+) tsk tsk Extra Storage! Fairly scammy… Why not just offer one month free to everyone? Make the 6th consecutive month the free one. The one I rented was half off. But then they hit you with a secret $ 22 admin fee. Does it ever stop? NO! Then there is the mandatory $ 10 a month insurance fee. Sheesh… Overall, its ok, once you get past the scamminess. The manager at my facility was very nice and polite, yhe place is well kept, and sems to be pretty secure, and they are about the cheapest around.
