How I wish I could give this place no stars. The only thing they are good at is collecting my monthly payments. I had a home invasion yesterday and called today to have my sensors repaired and my motion detector moved. I was told I would have to wait two weeks for a service call. When I reiterated that my front door was kicked in yesterday and my alarm system was no longer working I was told it would be one week. After my home was broken in to. After half an hour on the phone going back and forth I was told I’d be on the ASAP list and someone would be here by 7. It’s 8pm, no service call. I’m calling ADT first thing in the morning.
