The bacon cheeseburger was very good. The onion rings were HOT and delicious. Evverything was so wonderfully fresh. The bacon on the burger was crisp, not brittle. Even though I detest red onions on hot foods, being able to select 1or 2 slim rings made them much less yucky. Definitely worth a revisit.

After placing out order we sat at a both to wait for our burgers when a cockroach joined us. Never going there again… Can’t post without stars…

Love this place. Can’t come here enough. So nostalgic-reminds me of childhood. I personally love the chicken fingers. Great ranch and honey mustard for dipping. Gotta love the cheese fries too.

The burgers here are so juicy and fresh. I love the fact that you can add your own vegetables to it. Plus the chicken sandwich here is da

Great burger joint for the family. Their meat is fresh and cooked perfect. The gazebo outside is my kids favorite place to sit when the weather is nice.

I have been eating at this diner for a very long time. Tonight I was a bit floored by the rude treatment and zero customer service exhibited by the evening staff over a simple problem with a simple fix that they turned into something far bigger than it was. I received my chicken sandwich and strangely only the top bun was cut in two halves. They have never cut my sandwich apart before and for some reason only the top bun was cut. I took it back up and asked for another bun. Instead I got a rude look from the gentleman working the counter and also from both cooks. Instead of replacing the bun they throw the entire order away and proceed to make a complete new sandwich. An expensive way to remedy a small problem. Once it was done it was handed back to me without so much as an apology and again there were stares from the cooks. The gentlemen at the counter continued to glare at me during dinner and when we left the cooks both stared. It is really unbelievable in this day and time that any business would conduct themselves in this manner especially in Dallas, Texas, where there are 15 other hamburger places within a block of Gazeebo Burgers.

If you are going to put a sign on your counter touting that you have a great cut of meat made into my burger you better damn sure make sure it is worth the $ 9.95 price tag. Kobe came out thick, dry and flavorless. It was terrible. We also had a third pound bacon cheeseburger with avocado which was better. The avocado was fresh tasting. The only good thing about this place is that you get to dress your own burger. If a place does not ask how you want your burger cooked – leave immediately. Why would anyone not want to know how you prefer your meat cooked? Because they are unsure of the quality of their meat or they just don’t care to cook beef correctly. Either way, I won’t be back. We also had fries and sweet potato fries. The regular fries were just okay. The sweet potato fries were not good at all. They looked good but they were not warm all the way through. It was very Ore-Idaesque. We left mostly full baskets on our table. AND as if bad food was not bad enough, add a bad atmosphere on top. It was hot inside like their AC couldn’t keep up with their kitchen and dining room. I mean, this was just bad all the way around. How are they still in business?

Great burgers and service, I feel like the food is always really salty though. Their lunch special is a great deal and a great price. Never had a bad meal there. There is lots of seating and outdoor seating. I’ve been back quite a few times and have always been pleasantly pleased.

2nd time eating here. Last time left an impression of a solid turkey burger seasoned well and a nice bun. I had forgotten about the«salad» bar. Reminiscent of the veggie bar at a Fuddruckers. It’s part of a nice little strip mall. Hidden near he back. Bit of a hodgepodge setup as far as the tables go but adds to the mom and pop feel of it. Fries are outstanding. Burger was delicious and topping were fresh. Little on the pricey side bur doable. I’ll be back. Nice ambiance to the place and great food.

Turkey burger is really good but the WORST customer service ever! The man taking orders never looks at you, throws your change on the counter and never says a word, how about«thank you»?? It’s like you’re doing him a favor by eating there. Orders are ready when Mr. Personality calls your number into a microphone and you better be paying attention because you can barely recognize what number he is calling.

Decent food — HORRIBLE service — they get your food wrong on a to go order and then hang up on you when you call to complain! Was a frequent customer and the manager KNEW that when he rudely hung up on me… but shame on him — as this is one customer who won’t be back!

Another burger joint living in the past. Mediocre burgers, average fries, no service to speak of. The premises haven’t been updated in a couple of decades. Not somewhere I’d try again.

I grew up on this place as I lived in a neighborhood near by that could walk here. They have some awesome quarter arcade games in the back. As I grew older, I never understood why I kept coming back here, because I didn’t think the food was that good. I would suggest this to any local trying to get a good casual bite. Usually a good place just to meet up and hangout with friends.

The best turkey burgers in Dallas. The fries are tasty, the condiments/extra bar is well-stocked and diverse. I have had excellent service from the staff and I’ve had bad service. It’s a toss up as to who is working. Not all the staff is friendly, so be warned. The food is consistent. I know what I’m getting when I order my meal. Their fries are flavorful and the sweet potato fries are good too, though I don’t think they should up-charge for them(sweet potatoes are CHEAP!). My favorite thing about Gazeebo Burger: the shredded lettuce. I don’t know what they do, but it’s really tasty and it makes your burger a meal! Prices are not cheap, surprisingly. I think they are on the high side, but again, their food is delicious. I appreciate the free Wi-Fi and the ample parking. Gazeebo Burger is a fine eatery and having been a customer for ten years, I guess I’m hooked!

Splurged and got the Kobe burger. Was not worth it. Finely ground and poor grade, puts Gazeebo Burgers on par with a fast food chain, just with higher prices.

I went with a large group and they pushed out the burgers pretty quick, but that’s probably because they don’t flavor them. This burger tasted like nothingness even after the bacon and additions from their salad bar. Bread was meh, burger was bland as hell… glad I didn’t order anything else to go with it. I’ll pass on this place if I’m invited again, that’s for sure. A soda and this bland bacon cheese burger were 8 bucks… no thanks.

I crave a burger. I want to eat heatlhy. I do not like feeling burglerized. When these 3 whimiscal and conflicting situations wrestle in my head, I head to Gazebo burger, order the giant turkey burger, fork over $ 4.95, load up on beautifully fresh veggies(lettuce, tomatos, onions, pickles) like it’s a salad bar with mustard and ketchup dancing around like the dressing, eat half of my burger, and then keepsake the other half for the future. I cannot speak for the original hamburger as it is alot smaller, but the turkey burger is huge, satisfyijng and non-greasy.

Lacked a lot of flavor in general. The ranch had a good runny consistency, but tasted like nothing. Same for the meat, same for the fries. So consistency must be their strong suit. Burger combo at lunch can get expensive real quick if you do an add on. For nearly 10 bucks just to add some bacon, it wasn’t really worth it. Their toppings bar was decent though. I liked the availability of pico and chopped red onions along with the rings. Just the pure fact that ranch was out amongst the commoners and you didn’t have to ask for it at the counter was a bonus. If only it had taste!

Why go to the new and hip Village Burger Bar when you can kick it old school at grampa Gazeebo? Yes, they actually have a gazeebo and you can eat in it if you so desire. But since the summers are quite hot in Texas, I usually opt for the indoor venue. Service? Pretty much non-existent at Gazeebo. But who needs service when you pick the food up when it’s ready, self-adminster toppings salad-bar style, and pour your own drink via the soda fountain? Oh, I suppose they do call your number(on an antique barely understandable PA system), so I suppose that’s SOME service. My father doesn’t like this joint. But he also doesn’t have much of a sense of humor. I love it. But mainly because Village Burger Bar doesn’t have a veggie patty option and Gazeebo does. And for that, it’s kudos to Mr. Gazeebo Burger!
