This is the most disgusting kfc I’ve ever been to!
The staff was rude and had super slow service even though there was only 3 people there besides my bf and I.
The place was a complete filth, I kept wondering when I was about to see a cockaroach.
I don’t even go to ff places but know I remember why. At least other places are clean I know chick-​fil-​a has never grossed me out this much!!! Seriously it’s an infection waitinh to happen I couldn’t even eat that food

I drove 10 mins from my house for some KFC but when I got there in the drive thru they told me it would take 60 minutes for original recipe… This ruined my day/​dinner.

Worst customer service ever by Maria employee! I go to this location like once or twice a month since I moved to this area and for some reason I always get very bad customer service from the same employee, her name is Maria, she is so rude, this is the 3rd time this happens with her, that’s why I opened this account. Bad bad bad customer service

Was hungry but wanted some thing fast. Clean looking building. No line at drive through. Went to order and they offered me something, I declined. I could barely understand her and she got my order wrong when she read it back. I corrected her and got my food and it was good like normal kfc.

Ordered a 20 pc hot wings box from this location and it was the worst. The wings were soggy like they’ve been sitting out all day or they were undercooked. About 5 hours later, it seemed like I got food poisoning. Staying away from this place.

Terrible customer service… What ever happened to service with a smile? I don’t think it exists anymore… I didn’t get a smile, a thank you, a please come back… Nothing… I felt like they didn’t even want me there… The good thing, place was clean and food was hot and good…

A couple of weeks ago, I visited this location with a coupon for a free large side if I bought a family meal that included 2 sides. No coupon was applied and they did not even give me my large side. I called up and they said I could get my side next time I visited. I visited again and explained the situation. I ordered the family meal. This time, they have me fried chicken when I request grilled and did not give me my biscuits. I will not visit this location again.
