This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. My mother and I flew into DFW late and arrived at the hotel hoping to just get to bed so we could be well rested after our long flight from San Francisco. No luck. Our first room was decently clean, but it was chilly in the evening so we turned on the heater, which seemed like it hadn’t be used in a long time, so it ended up making the whole room smell like burning chemicals. I went downstairs and requested a room change. The ONE staff member on duty gave me a key to a room down the hall. The next room had some kind of white stain all over the floor which looked like dried yogurt or white paint or something maybe worse??? Back at the desk the staff member apologized profusely and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was better but not particularly well kept up. The floor needed a deep clean. There were two bathrooms and the shower was broken in one bathroom and the toilet was broken in the other. All the lamps had been unplugged and not plugged back in. Fortunately, the beds were ridiculously comfortable, so we actually slept ok. My recommendation is that the whole hotel get a makeover and shut down for a while. It is just not«Quality» at all.

Overall the hotel was fairly clean and the rooms were average. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Every amenity that they said they offered was closed or broken. When it was breakfast time the maids/staff would take up the food after they were done eating and while people where getting food the took it up and were very rude. & you aren’t allowed to bring food into your rooms I would not recommended this hotel at all.

the first stay was average… screw me once shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me. thrice — I would not bring a 20 dollar crack-hoe if it was the only ho-tel in Dallas. the keycards stop working for some reason. Also, there’s this thing called the internet which I booked a reservation on. Upon arrival I was told they could not find my reservation and I should check in next door. SRSLY? I pulled my blackberry to show them the reservation — and they miraculously«found it.» However, the suite I booked happened to be occupied once I looked at the room. How embarassing — I checked into a 4 diamond hotel afterward as I wanted to erase all memories of this place from my mind.

NO. Just NO. If you are trying to save a buck by staying here, DONOT. This is the hotel from hell. Worst experience ever. If I could go back in time and warn myself, I would pay hundreds of dollars to. My buddy and I were going to stay at the Holiday Inn Express a few blocks away, but opted to save a few bucks and stay here, bad idea. I would have paid $ 200 more a night to stay ANYWHERE else. We found an entire family of roaches in the room, several times, found a large spider egg under the heating unit, the sheets were not clean, the hotel itself was rundown and let go. I felt like I was going to catch a disease there. We went back to the check-in counter to switch rooms and the guy gave us a hard time and hinted at my buddy and I being gay, rather than just undersatnding and giving us a new room. The next room was the exact same story, same crap, different room. After I had returned home, I waited three weeks for the charge to show up on my statement, which I found was WAY over-charged. I got the run-around about the price, and it took another month to be corrected. WORSTEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE. That hotel needs to be imploded and incinerated. The ONLY good quality was it’s location off the freeway. Do yourself a favor and drive 120MPH the OPPOSITE direction if you find yourself coming withing 50 miles of this hell hole!

First let me start by making this very clear. DONOTEVEREVERSTAYHERE! EVER! Under any circumstances should you ever give this place money. I don’t care if you need a shithole to freebase some crack rocks. I don’t care if the pre-op tranny hooker you have invested in is getting impatient with you to pick out a ratty motel to partake in his/her services. I don’t care if you are an interesting ethnic group of people(maybe ethiopian?) with odd head dresses and bright colors that likes to party with loud music at 3 in the morning and swarm a whole motel so the whole dump is noisy and unbearable, but damnit, you just need a place to party! …Oh wait, that last one was actually at this motel. I needed a cheap place to sleep at about 3am. This place was there and had a room so I figured what the hell? Man was I dumb. I check in and there is this odd music blaring above me. What do I care? Some weird people are having a party. The guy checking me in assures me my room is far away from all the noise. So I go up to my room in this odd smelling dumpy kind of place. My door is locked. From the inside. Not to mention there are people making noise in 3 of the rooms surrounding mine. Fuck this. I go downstairs and tell the man, I want my money back, I’ll go elsewhere. When I got my refund receipt it was for a charge HIGHER than I paid. That’s odd. Well I realized on my bank statement that they ended up charging me more than I signed for, a week later and I’m still waiting for my refund. Do not go here! Your tranny escort will thank you. **Update** I called to ask about the status of my refund, they gave me the runaround. 20 minutes later I checked my bank account and they had charged ANOTHER40 dollars to my account. I am calling my bank’ fraud department on Monday. These guys are crooks.
