This place is great! The musicians get everyone involved and know how to play everything! Best live music in town! The real treat is when the old guy plays, he definitely still has it! Bar staff is super friendly and attentive. Good drinks too! Great place to celebrate or just a fun night out!

We love Louie Louie’s! It’s always a good time! The crowd is a little more diverse since they moved but the show is still great!

This is a fun place. The pianos are a nice addition to an otherwise average bar. This place gets very busy, which is a good sign that they are doing something right. I went on a Saturday night so there were no drink specials. The prices were on the expensive side. The tab for my girlfriend and I after several drinks and a round of Fireball for the table(her brothers birthday party) the bill was almost 100 bucks. There was no cover charge. The place fills up quickly and if all the seats are full, you are SOL o go early if you want a table. Overall I had a good time. I’d go back if I was in the area.

Piano bars, the quintessential spot for celebrating your«21st» birthday, bachelorette parties, paying to have your friend embarrassed on stage, or simply a place to listen to songs about the male jiggly-bone. A lot. One jiggly-bone, two jiggly-bone, three jiggly-bone, four! All played to the same basic chords and melodies created for perfect jiggly-bone improvisation. I found that I could only take all of this jiggly-bone while six drinks deep. Any less and you start to wonder, «Why is everyone else having so much fun?», or even, «How does everyone in this building know the words to all of these songs?» The crowd is lively. The pianists are full of energy and pumping up the crowd, yet I’m sitting here wondering why some Coldplay song has all of these women dancing like strippers. Alcohol. Alcohol is what makes you forget that you paid $ 5 to listen to anything and everything about jiggly-bones. This is not the place to go to for just a drink or to simply hang out with some friends. It is absolutely mandatory that you come here for someone else’s big event and to have pre-gamed with at least half a bottle of 40% ABV. Otherwise, you will have no fun and will be broke within an hour.

I will start off by saying that the environment is fun, lively, and the pianists are very talented and entertaining. However, our group of friends will most likely not return. We went for our first time a couple of Saturdays ago and had a great time. We were a little disappointed though, because as many requests(with tips included) as we put down, they were never played. We were there for a couple of hours, on the front row. We just kind of took it as it was at the time, and went about our night. Couple of weekends go by. We decided to go back, because even though our songs weren’t played, we still had a great time. Our return was like De Ja Vu. It was the EXACT same SHOW, hence«show», that we experienced two weeks prior. Same songs, same backstreet boys/nsync sequence, same jokes, same everything. In fact, we hung out on the upper level, and had a different view than normal. We noticed that quite often the pianists would read a song request, trash it, keep the tip, and continue playing the typical piano bar songs. I suppose if you don’t mind wasting your money on requests that won’t get played, and you like hearing the usual piano bar songs, then this bar has no problem. It’s just a little frustrating to tip people expecting them to play a specific song, and they continue with their scheduled, practiced show that they do every night. This bar is fun, but I don’t see it lasting long because customers will probably return once and realize the same thing we did. We love piano bars, and this one is very close to where we hang out, so I hope they change their ways.

The crowd was very diverse in age giving the place a great atmosphere! The staff was friendly all around. I went on a Friday and the cover charge was $ 5 which was not too bad. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area. There is no food so make sure you’ve had dinner before going to this watering hole! I live close by so I walked and did not have to deal w/parking. So not sure how that is. Worth checking out this place. I will definitely be back!

Wow, my first experience at a dueling piano bar — nothing what I expected — thank goodness! It is 4 to 6 guys, bouncing around playing pianos, guitars, drums, trash cans, fiddles, etc. — singing their hearts out — knowing each and every song requested! Such a great variety of music, light and special effects, great drinks, great atmosphere — extremely reasonable cover charge — it does not get any better than this for a night out! We cannot wait to go back.

If you are not for raunchy humor and sing along songs… then this is not the place for you. The piano players will get people on stage and sing adult humor versions of songs. Not for people that are easily offended. I’ve been going to Louie Louie’s Piano bar for years. By far the best Piano Bar I have ever been too, and I’ve been to many across the country. The new location in Dallas doesn’t disappoint. It now has a balcony area with an upstairs bar, and much cooler lighting. Pretty cool to see the show from up high. They are Great musicians that keep the crowd entertained, play a wide range of genres, and play more than just pianos. Drink prices are as expected for the area, around $ 3.50 for bottled beer, $ 5 — $ 10 for mixed drinks, and they offer fish bowls. NO draft beer, and no food. Everything including the bathrooms are clean and new. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Great place to have a birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries, bachelorette, or bachelor parties. Reserve a table at least a few days in advance to get good seats and arrive by 8PM. Sign up for their mailing list a get some free goodies on your birthday too. You have to find parking around the corner. I found a parking lot behind the 7 – 11 across the street and I think it was $ 5-$ 10. Not too bad for down town Dallas. My only suggestions would be to add draft beer and maybe some popcorn. I get a little hungry after the hours of being entertained!

Very prompt service from the bartenders. Really a nice change from the my colleges dueling pianos. Younger but professional 20 – 30’s. Singers are very talented defiantly recommend would like to see this become a staple in deep ellum.
