Luxury On Lovers

Luxury on Lovers already has a 4÷4÷14 Unilocal complaint against them written about their customer service & apparently nothing has changed.
I scheduled an appt online on 1÷19÷16 for a hydrafacial and Botox on 2÷3÷16. I received a phone from their scheduling manager at 10:30am 2÷2÷16 informing me that the appt needed to be changed bc of the procedures. I asked her to flip the procedures and she said that couldn’t be done. I tried to reschedule the procedures and that couldn’t be done. Every option I gave this woman could not be done. Not only could she not accommodate my requests, she waited until the day before to tell me, and did it with a very VERY nasty attitude. I ended up canceling the appt & spending my money elsewhere.
The staff at Luxury on Lovers had WEEKS to contact me and let me know. Instead, they are lazy and chose to take a condescending tone and hung up the phone on me when I pointed out their oversight!
I am sick of customer service employees treating customers like dirt just bc they messed up & they cannot own up to their mistakes! That tactic accomplishes nothing and it’s not like I can’t go to LOL location and tell her exactly what I think about their work ethic to their faces.
Their customer service a joke. It is a sad, pathetic, & pompous. Quite frankly, anybody could do a scheduling manager’s job.

I have never been disappointed with a treatment here. I first came here 4 years ago, then I had a long lapse before returning. Monica just knows exactly what I need in the way of facials. Very well trained, doesn’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I just leave there feeling better about my face, being over 65 sometimes that is hard! Just an overall great experience.

I had a much better experience the second time around. Monica gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to evaluate my skin, determine what the best facial would be for my skin type, and worked diligently to meet my skincare needs. It was very relaxing and I left with glowing skin! I will definitely be back to see Monica.

So easy to make an appointment! Caleb, who manages the phone and front desk is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Luxury on Lovers is located on a small lot. The building used to be an old house and it has so much charm.
I saw Angela for a little Dysport in my forehead. She asked me what my concerns were and made her recommendations. She was very professional and was careful not to administer too much of the product. The price was very reasonable too. I was expecting the service to be a lot more expensive. I can’t wait to go back to her!

This place is fabulous! It’s such a cute space and the people are always so friendly and fun to talk to. The online booking makes things so easy! I go to Angela for Botox and she knows her stuff — she always is quick and does a fantastic job! I’ve gone back 2 or 3 times now and don’t see a reason why I’ll stop! Highly recommend.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. They are rude, they do not honor reservations scheduled three weeks in advance. When we were leaving there was another customer who was leaving whose face was totally burnt. I will never make use or recommend this salon again.

Where to begin~ I have been going to this «hidden treasure» for many years. I’ve had several treatments, including acupuncture, massages, cryotherapy and facials. The staff and the owner are so knowledgeable about all of the services they provide. I have never had anything but excellent service and amazing rests. Marilee’s facials and cryo facials have done wonders for my very sensitive skin. I would recommend this cozy professional day spa to anyone… I know Luxury will always be my «go to» place to keep my skin and body the best care available

Where to start!!! Don’t be deceived when pulling up to this humble little cottage! What’s inside will change your life! Inside lies an ever growing list of world class, wholistic, progressive therapies given by experienced, down to earth therapists who have TRIED the therapies themselves and know precisely what you need! My therapists (beauty goddesses Marilea and Lily) have «anti-​aged» my skin right into a different age bracket! The combination of SKIN PEN, ULTHERAPY, with a little CRYO and SALT therapy, and maintenance peels in between has made me FEEL just as GREAT as my skin now looks! The SKIN PEN is an amazing therapy and after the first treatment showed more DRAMATIC results than any treatment I’ve tried over 20 yrs — I can’t stop talking… and looking in the mirror! Haha! The only reason it lost a star for me is the therapist was a bit «pushy» in trying to convince me to try other treatments. I can dig it if you recommend something once, but no need to remind me multiple times during the massage.
This place is more expensive then your other massage places, but it is OH so worth it! Apparently, it’s very famous for their facials, so I will back for more. Once my wallet recovers… (Not that I am complaining!!)

Wonderful Way to Spend Your Day.
I went for a hydrafacial. My favorite treatment for years. I moved from Atlanta and was looking for someone in Dallas who knows the protocol. I found my new place!
It a quaint old house, tucked in, almost at the end of W. Lovers. Aromas welcome you when walk through the doorway. Lisa, the owner, greets you as if you were always meant to walk through her door.
Listening to the light banter, with their regular clients, eases you that this is not a stuffy place.
Before I started, I asked if I could add on another treatment and they so accomodating. I got lucky for sure with scheduling. My massage was perfect. I was well unknotted when she was done. Comfy, robbed up and relaxed, I went across the hall for my well anticipated hydrafacial. Ahhh… perfect. Now I want to more. They are on top of the best treatments around. Three hourse later, I’m in a cacoon of Nirvana.
Also, if you want unique little gifts, that have a personal meaning, Lisa has a incredible eye for beautiful jewelery and accessories.
I’ve done groupons, it’s hit or miss, I’ve done high price HP Salons. Luxury might be slightly more, $ 10 or $ 15 but look at their packages. The massage and facial were very reasonable. Just think, you’re finally in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing.

when I needed a massage and had a SF gift card. The Unilocal reviews were great, so I booked online without hesitation. My experience was great. My massage therapist was amazing. I had a very healing, wonderful massage. I felt a little out of place in the waiting room before my appointment — I’m not sure why, but I guess I was the only one there at that time just to relax and not get a treatment. But now that I’ve been there, I would go back for either a relaxing massage or improving treatment. Book online, easy peasy, or call and speak to the owner about booking. She seems extremely accommodating and eager to serve. I look forward to trying other services here and would confidently recommend that you try this place, too.

I came to try out their cutting edge technology, and ended up falling in love with the place! The spa is so serene when you walk in, and the staff is amazing. Not to mention Lisa (the owner) makes her own body care products. Guys… Perfect gift for your wives. Ladies… It’s a must try!

My first visit to Luxury on Lovers, and it will not be my last! I went to see Josanne for Botox. She recently moved from another location and I would follow her anywhere. But what a wonderful place she moved to! Caleb from the front desk gave me directions and worked me in even though I was caught in 635 traffic. Planning on making this my place to treat myself as much as I can!

So happy I found this gem. I was all wound up and in some pain, and I needed a facial and a brow treatment. I searched Unilocal for something better than what I’d found to date and Unilocal steered me here. Lovely!
This day spa is in an re-​purposed older home, and the furnishings are more «shabby» than «chic», which actually makes for a relaxed and casual warmth. The scents are lovely, and the «Spa» music channel from Sirius playing in the background really sets the serene mood.
I started with a shower and dry sauna, which was great. (I do suggest that they add a big comfy chair in that area, to relax in while waiting for the next treatment.) Then the magic began. Ariana was amazing. Might have been the best massage I have had. She managed to release so much of the tension and tightness I was holding, without me being in misery while she did it. We found the right balance of conversation verses simple relaxation, and the time flew by in bliss. The wonderful oils that she used are house made and not to be missed. I happily bought a bottle for home use.
My facial was lovely, also, and used techniques I was new to.
I came away happy, serene, relaxed and ready to face my next week. I’ll be back!

I’ve been here in Dallas for 3 weeks for work and was in desperate need of some skin rejuvenation. I went straight to Unilocal to look for a place to go to and based on the positive reviews, I choose Luxury on Lovers.
One of the BEST facials I’ve ever had (and I’m an esthetician). Arzu was my esthetician — she is a wealth of knowledge — and like the other review said — super passionate about skincare!
I did the Intraceuticals «Madonna» facial — so worth the money! Microderm, Oxygen, and she added IPL at the end as a little bonus :) I’ve been getting facials for the last 7 years and this one was the Rolls Royce.
My skin is glowing and plump. Luxury on Lovers is serious about skincare — the perfect facial place. I’ll be back next month.

What a great spa!
Located on Lovers Lane in a small building with a small parking lot, I am reminded of some of the small quaint spas located in the northeast.
As a guy, your first visit to a spa can be uncomfortable, but not here. The staff was really nice and made me feel like a regular.
I originally schedule a 90 minute massage, but with 2 hours until my appointment I wanted to add a facial. While seemingly impossible, LoL (Luxury on Lovers) was able to squeeze me in.
I started off with the express hydra facial, which was my first facial and it was great. Arzu was great and kept me constantly aware of what see was doing and how it would help my skin. Next time I will get the full hour facial.
After my facial, I met with Ariana for a massage. Before the massage she questioned me on what I was looking. Although, I originally scheduled a Swedish massage, after Ariana poked around my back we decided on a massage to realign my energy meridians. It is not on the website, but it was a good change of pace.
The best part about the massage was that she knew exactly how much pressure to use. I never had to say go firmer or flinch from pain. For that reason I wish I could 6 stars.
I will definitely be coming back.

Best. Facial. Ever.
Groupon had a deal for the HydraExpress facial, and since this place is down the street from me, I thought I’d splurge a bit. Best decision I made all week.
Everything about this place is adorable. Caleb, the guy who called to confirm my appointment? Adorable. The little two-​story house with its teeeeeeny-​tiny little parking lot? Adorable. Arzu Ors, the aesthetician who did my facial? AH-​DOR-​A-​BULL.
Tell me I’m pretty and I am putty in your hands. Arzu fawned all over me while she was getting everything set up and when I told her I was a lawyer, she squealed «I love lawyer girls!» (I know, right? How could you not be in a good mood around this woman?) She is SO passionate and knowledgeable about skincare. She stood there and explained how skin ages (complete with visual aids) for about 10 minutes before she even touched my face.
When the time came for the facial, she was all business. The machine felt like Cinderella’s mice were quietly, gently vacuuming my face with their tiny vacuum. When she was done, she asked if I minded her doing some extractions. Do I MIND? Lady, you could beat me with a broom and I’d ask for more. And they were some of the most painless extractions I’ve ever had. And maybe it’s just the glow of a great experience, but I swear, even the bright light they shine on you wasn’t as bright and painful as I usually find it. I didn’t flinch once or try to roll my eyes to the back of my head like I usually do. I had to text my boyfriend that I’d be late for dinner cuz I just wanted to hang out with Arzu and have her tell me I’m pretty and put stuff on my face for a while.
After she was done, she piled my hands full of samples and seemed shocked when I handed her a tip. (I know. Adorable.)
The treatments here are pricey, but I walked out of there thinking it was totally worth it. I don’t think I can afford to go as often as she was telling me to, but I can’t wait to see her again.

I love to get facials and had been wanting to try a new spa in Dallas and came across Luxury on Lovers. I read great reviews on citysearch and a great review on Unilocal so I figured I’d give it a try. The 20% off coupon for your first treatment when you mention Unilocal didn’t hurt either. Well, I have to say, I’m officially HOOKED!!! This place is amazing! It’s a cute old house on Lovers that feels so warm and inviting when you walk in. Caleb at the front desk is really friendly and helpful.
Marilee was my aesthetician and she is fantastic! I got the Signature Hydrafacial and even a week later, my skin still feels so much softer, smoother, and looks clearer. Marilee picked out some great products for me to use at home and I am loving them! Can’t wait to go back for my next facial and will definitely be trying other services they offer!
