New management, some original nail techs, excellent service. Always super pleased with end results. Love this place!

I got a wonderful eyebrow wax and AMAZINGLY affordable pedicure. The pedicure was the very relaxing. Not too long and not too short. Great massage and polish. Le did a wonderful job, and I plan to return in a few weeks :)

Just re-​discovered this nail place in the Dallas Lakewood area. I went in recently for a gel manicure and found out it was under new management, some of the original nail techs are still there and the service is fantastic.
Wine available while you get your mani/​pedi and everyone is super nice and attentive! Loved my nail and will definitely be back!

New management and, unfortunately, not better. The relaxing atmosphere has left and the nail techs are not as good. Darn, time to find another salon.

This was my first time coming to their business, & it was an exceptional experience. The staff were attentive, & even though I came when it was busy the wait wasn’t long at all. I came in for pedicure a spur of the moment manicure which they had no problem accommodating me for. The atmosphere of the shop is very much peaceful and relaxing, while the décor is pleasing to the eye. My nails were painted neatly and the color selection was exactly how I envisioned it.

Well as I have discovered and now read Jessica is no longer working there and NOONE at the salon will say where she’s gone to. I’ve been calling around to see if I can find her… no luck yet. I desperately need my nails done.

Good prices and super helpful. John does an amazing job on pointed acrylics and he’s always friendly and willing to fix things. Good color selection and usually pretty fast!

I paid $ 50 for a deluxe pedicure and the lady didn’t even rub my feet worst experience ever I will never ever go back to this place and the hot water was not working cold water for my pedicure soak seriously it was just awful! Dont waste your $$$

New favorite nail salon in East Dallas. Their customer service is wonderful. It doesn’t matter if they are empty or if they are packed, they have always treated me very well and have taken their time on pedicures and manicures. I have tried several salons in East Dallas and this one is, by far, my favorite.

Very good service able to get in right away. I thought that the price was a little high… $ 20 for just a manicure but it was a great manicure. The people are very friendly and accommodating they try not to overbook which I like. Definitely will try it again.

My only complaint is that I sat down and one of the ladies set me up to soak the gel tips off my nails and then took another client to start a pedicure. After 10 minutes another girl started my manicure. I asked why I was left waiting for so long and apparently the other customer had made an appointment.
The store is clean and I saw them cleaning out the pedicure tubs after customers left (this is very important for me to see). My nails came out well and one week later they still look good.
My favorite part about the atmosphere is their lack of television. It’s quiet and peaceful and I could truly relax. Will be going back soon!

Jessica has done my nails twice and this time I was very picky and specific and she did exactly what I envisioned! They do a good job and are really nice.

Gel Manicure was very rushed. My nails look a little sloppy and there is polish on my skin/​cuticles. On the positive side, the salon is very nice and clean inside.

Unfortunately, this past Friday I was the recipient of the worst pedicure of my middle– aged life. It’s the new place just down the street so I had big hopes!
Why was it so bad? A couple of things… The polish was not applied evenly. She even did 3 coats and I have uneven spots. Had to go home and redo the polish.
The biggest issue I had though was the shape of the nails. I let her cut them and she gave me sharp edges on 6 of my toes. HUH? Toes go in high heels that squish your toes together so the cute toes can «peep» out. Sharp edges are so no-​bueno! I got home and had to reshape… why did I tip for this?

I visited Mai Le Nails recently to kill time before happy hour. The shopping plaza can be a bit tricky to get in and out as space is tight. I was fortunate to find a parking spot in front of Mai Le Nails.
The interior is nice but small in size. I was greeted by someone in front and advised to pick out my color before being led to the back. Leelee worked on my pedicure while Tom worked on my manicure. They worked great together and was able to relax me to the point of getting drowsy. One thing I like about Tom is he made sure to get my seal of approval on the shape of my nails before moving on. I was very pleased with my nails once Tom finished.
Leelee continued working on my pedicure. She tried removing excess polish on the surrounding skin with a flat brush and acetone but failed miserably as she removed some of the nail color as well. She then had to reapply my color which made the polish appear too thick. Then came time for me to dry. She applied something to the top of my toes and fingernails. When I asked her what it was, she told me oil. I had to ask again as surely she wasn’t applying oil to my color that was not dry yet. My finished, dry results was a color that appeared very dull and a complete failure. I am very disappointed knowing I paid $ 50 for something I will have to redo.
The nail spa does appear to cater to their customers so I may give them another shot if I’m in the area. I will just be sure to stop them from removing excess polish and applying oil to my wet polish.

I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time and have been to a number of places. I can honestly say this place is the absolute best I have been to in years!
When in here, there was another lady complimenting how great the service was and the one after I arrived said the same thing.
A real gem for Lakewood!

Best nails ever. Le did such a good job I’m hooked. I can’t recommend anything better because this is it!!!

i had some time to kill so i came here to get my mani and wow i was impressed.
Lee was very good with details at removing dead skin, but also painted my nails great AND gave an amazing and LONG hands massage.
$ 17 bucks is great for that :)

I attend yoga classes in the same plaza at Uptown Yoga and was really excited to see Mai Le Nails. I was hoping it was the same owners as the location on Greenville… and it was! They have fine service and they do a great job… especially recommend the gel/​shellac polish. This location is smaller but they do accept walk-​ins. You could make an appointment same day as well. which is what I would recommend considering the size and how busy I know they will get.
There is a lot more parking near their rear entrance that faces Abrams.
It’s also super affordable and they are offering 20% off on all services since they just opened.
