«The 5^th C… Customer Service»
I went in here, window shopping for wedding rings. The manager was extremely helpful in explaining to me how the entire wedding ring process works. He taught me all of the 4 C’s and what they stand for in detail, yet also in a very understandable way. Even though I did not make a purchase, I really enjoyed the customer service I received. The jewelry in this store looked really good. I know all of the jewelry stores turn the lights up really high, but those diamonds were blinging! I found out that they have a Tyson’s corner location in the DC area, so perhaps I may check that one out.

Have to agree with Craig C. on his review. My wife is a sucker for pearls — part of me wishes we’d never found this store, part of me is glad we did :). Everything is very high quality, reasonably priced — well, at various price points. The atmosphere in the store is very laid-back, Hawaiian, they are not pushy. Brian Brown, the Store Manager, is terrific and he’s done a great job with his staff as well. Certainly makes birthday, anniversary, Valentines, Christmas, etc. much easier.

The quality & variety of the pearls, across all price points, combined with the friendly & helpful staff, make this an easy 5 stars. There’s also a 21 day no question return policy. Plus, they do an excellent job of packaging & bagging (yes, branding, which I respect) & first class gift wrapping, all at no charge. Just a pleasant shopping experience all around. It’s located in North Park mall, upstairs & across the way from Apple Store.
This was not my first purchase here & likely won’t be the last.
