NPP Jack Boles Parking

On 11÷28÷15 I went to P.F. Changs at north park mall to eat with my family. The valet were a little busy so traffic was moving slow. As I was trying to pull in a valet driver almost hit my car trying to speed to their staging area all while honking repeatedly at me to hurry up but I couldn’t due to traffic. Once finally in the staging area I was not greeted by anyone so I thought «ok, maybe we get our own doors.» So my mother, 4 year old son and I get out of our car and by the same woman driving the car that almost hit me I was told «we’re not taking any more cars.» Very rudely. I then asked «why?» Again with a sour attitude was responded with «we’re just not». Ok so back into my car we go, drive down to the valet by Tiffany. Finally greeted by some friendly valet attendants which that and getting my car quickly is the only reason I gave this place two stars. When receiving my car the valet driving my car jumped out and ran away from my car. I was going to tip but realized no one opened the door for my mother whose hands were full from shopping, or my son. Also the valet is not supposed to just leave my car while it’s running and the door open especially during a busy season because anyone could have jumped in and taken off with my car. North park needs to search for a valet service who actually focuses on customer service…
