Pearl Nails

I agree with another review posted, if I could give a negative review I would too! This place was terrible as far as customer service! The lady that did my nails had her son running around our table and even pulled her arm from me while she did my nails, she was face timing someone and answering calls the whole time she did my nails, never once said hi. She cut off my nails to put a new set and very harshly broke two of my own making me bleed due to being on the phone and not paying Attention! I hate my nails! An older lady walked in needing a pedicure and didn’t get the foot scrub, lotion or anything that comes with ALL basic pedicures, the guy that did it never even asked her what she wanted, she was very unleaded & we both agreed we won’t be going back!

If I could give a negative score I would. This place looks good but that’s about it. I was only trying them out because it is a convenient location. Gosh, never again. I got a mani/​pedi. I usually get gel but I was so annoyed I decided against it. My technician (a guy) didn’t speak or understand much English because the other women had to keep asking me what I wanted. No shaping my nails, no clipping the cuticle, no massage. What the hell am I paying for! Anyway, I should have been forewarned when I overheard another customer say she would just finish up herself at home. Then they have the nerve to have an over priced menu of services. No thanks. Don’t waste your time or money here. You have been warned!

Bad service dirty dark rude they kept talking their language they had their kids there loud not relaxing they said one price then when done the partner told me another price for more the nails aren’t like the picture I showed them. Very upset

I wouldn’t say that I am a regular but every time I am in need of pampering I come here for a pedi! They have a great selection of signature pedicures and are always welcoming. As soon as your seated you are offered something to drink. The salon is always clean and their chairs are comfortable. Free wi-​fi is available upon your request.
The only thing I do not like here is the eyebrow waxing.
