I ordered 5 pieces of furniture from this location in early January. The woman that helped me informed me that it would be 1 – 2 weeks before the furniture was delivered. After 2 weeks I called again and spoke with a rude woman on the phone who was little help. The next day I called again and this time the woman was more help and said that the delivery company would be calling me to set up a delivery time. They didn’t call for another week and when they did they didn’t have 2 of the pieces of furniture that I had ordered. Once again I had to call the store and they didn’t seem very apologetic or urgent to help me even after I had spent over $ 1300 on their furniture. Never again will I order anything from this store, it has caused me such a headache.

My wife loves to invite me (drag me along) to this store to buy stuff for the house. On Sundays. When football is on TV. Being the dutiful husband, I go. But I must admit that I really like the store. They have all sorts of cool stuff and we spend a lot money there which has made our house «just fabulous» (quote from a person I know who has a vested interest in the house). Tons of choices and check out their sale shelves. Return policy is very lenient for stuff that does not fit the house. Now if I could just get the wife to go on a day football is not on…
