Pizza Hut

Absolute worst customer service, my dad ordered wings and pizza, they forgot the pizza, then he ordered just a medium cheese pizza that took an hour long to make which is ridiculous considering pretty sure the dough is frozen, all you need to do is put some sauce and cheese and in the oven it goes. Also the wings were pink so threw those out. And the cashier is just a confused fella, returned the change, a couple dollars and some cents, then gives the same amount of cents for a second time. All around stupidity. Never again.

Horrible customer service. employees don’t even greet you when you walk in, which prompted me to walk right back out! What makes it so bad is that there was about 5 employees up front and not one acknowledged me when I walked in and stood at the counter for about a minute straight. SMH.. .. .. Poor customer service at its finest!

This place shouldn’t even be rated at a one star. Came here to order a pizza with a side of wings. The manager so he said he was. Was very rude to it’s custumers especially to a lady who didn’t understand English he came to the point were he yelled at her and said «WHAT IS IT THAT Y» OU WANT” I helped the young women by translating the order. As she was done it was my turn he said to move out of the way that he had to help the the next person I asked him wy did he skip me he said because he said «he has a pick up it just takes 2 minutes» when I had to order a large pizza I don’t think that takes a really long time does it?
I told him he was being disrespectful, later on he continue on saying to move so he could help the next guest when I was next. He said I was wrong he said that the customer was never right. he later on threatened me if I left he’ll remember my face that he also has me on camara. That’s when I decided to call the police. Honestly I hope this guys gets fire. From what I saw there was 3 people working and he looked very stressful to helping the only 3 customers he had including myself. I don’t think he could handle a position like that with an attrocois attitude. This happened yesterday at noon.

You will never know the reason why they have such a bad review until you order it Suck

First off let me say I don’t have a problem with their pizza or their delivery. I’ve ordered from them 3 times and they are always prompt. The thing I want to talk about is, I placed an online order. 5 minutes later I get a call from a girl ON A CELL PHONE, saying that my credit card didn’t go through and she needed another one. I could hear cars/​street noise. and the call dropped twice. I told her I was on a land line, why was she on a cell phone? She said she needed the credit card or I wouldn’t get the pizza. I didn’t give my number, I asked for her name, which was fake and I said I’d call back. I called the pizza hut and a guy answered. I told him what happened, he said that my pizza was on the way. I called the cell phone back and got a PCS general voicemail. I called the pizza hut back and a girl answered and I asked her if she had called me regarding a credit card and she muttered, I asked her again and she said flat out no. I asked to speak to the manager who didn’t seem too concerned. I gave him the number of the girl who called and explained this was a very big deal. Again, he could care.
IF THIS PIZZA HUT CALLS YOU FOR A CREDIT CARD NUMBER DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM–

If you want some fresh fraud, order from this Pizza Hut. I will never order from them again. And I like Pizza Hut, But I don’t want to be ripped off a couple grand for 2 medium/​1 topping deals.
Again, I believe that someone who works at this Pizza Hut is calling customers from their cell phone to get credit card numbers. That number again is 214−856−2990−−− do not give this cell phone number your credit card number!!! I am calling Pizza Hut Corporate in the morning. Believe Dat.

I have been coming here for over 10 years (picking up, not having it delivered) and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone has been professional and pleasant, and the pizza is good. I will continue getting pizza here for the next ten years!

I’m reading these reviews and thinking… what are these people talking about? Every time I go to the pizza hut I always have a pleasant experience. The food is good and trust I am a pizza connoisseur I know good pizza (from Chicago) and this is probably the best pizza here in Dallas! I just left there lol so I know its good! People complaining about them not delivering… you just have to pick it up whats the big deal? I am a loyal customer and will continue to go to this pizza hut. Don’t let these negative reviews stop you from getting some really good pizza.

Pizza was disgusting. It was undercooked, dough was still stretchy and gooey on top. Super flat, toppings dripping in oil… Literally the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. NOT Worth the money. Please find another pizza hut because this one is awful.

This place deserves no stars. If you still don’t believe find out for your self order! But remember you have been warned!!!

The people at this Pizza Hut wouldn’t deliver to my place after dark because it’s too «dangerous». I’ve been here 2 years with no problems. We have a security guard and everything. I’ve walked around my apartment complex at ungodly hours of the night and haven’t seen a single person. Ridiculous!

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut 27 times (the app on my phone keeps track). The one time that I get a wrong order and ask that our order be corrected, the female supervisor tells me «we are not sending you a free pizza ma’am». Seriously? What free pizza? I PAID for it! Totally unacceptable customer service, especially with the amount of money I have given this place and never complained once before. All they had to do was make it right and I would have kept coming back, but now I will never return.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!!! They are SOOO RUDE !
— I ordered a pizza last night and I waited for an hour and a half for it t o arrive. I then called and asked if they were busy because it didn’t show up when it was supposed to and I was told that they tried and no one was home. I was home, of course… I was actually a whole 5ft from the front door in the living room waiting. No one ever came, no one ever knocked and they never tried to call me (which you know they have your number when you call and order a pizza) I then tried to find out what happened and ask why I paid for a pizza that never came. The guy on the phone: Lytfi told me it wasn’t his problem and there was no way his driver wouldn’t knock. I asked if they could bring me a pizza. not mine which was probably eaten by this point by them. And he said no, not his problem maybe I could try to tomorrow. At this point I was starving and its been over 2hours since ordered. I then called to talk to the owner today, Masud, who interrupted me several times and talked over me, I was not able t finish a single sentence and finally said I will talk to him and he can call you back, but bottom line is I am not going to do anything about this. I will not waste my time on this or give you a free pizza.
By they way, if he had listened to me, even acted like he care about my awful experience that would have been fine. But no… The rudeness and AWFUL customer service comes from the Top there! Masud and his team and awful I suggest you never go there, don’t help someone like this be successful because he clearly doesn’t care about any of his customers.
