WTH. TMC use to be the place to go. The music was horrible. Once this was a great dance club. Now more of a want to be club. I had to leave within 20 minutes before I hung myself.

Not really a fan of TMC. Have been there a number of times – most of the twin crowd as attitude in Dallas or «Dalli-​tude». More than one guy was stoned on either club parTy drugs or meth. The 30,000.00 annual income millionaire attitudes of the crowd ruins it. Not at all Texas friendly

This TMC is not your father’s TMC. More like JRs with very young boy-​toy dancers. Unlike the original TMC that catered to men this version is more for the very young and their admirers. Located on the strip this place is great to take out-​of-​towners or party with a group of friends.

Crappy service… Drugged out bartenders and stuck up thinks! Not what TMC used to be!

I’ve tried to enjoy this bar 3 – 4 times, but every time I walk in, I am ready to turn around immediately.
Your first impression of TMC is likely the Abercrombie type entrance, with an attractive college guy on the poster of the doorway. You might also pass the patio (which has potential) but typically has a couple of bored 19 year old dancers on their cell phones, taking a break.
When you walk in, you’re likely to find the front bar full of older men who are there to see the young «dancer» boys. They’ll check you out, but they aren’t the type to engage a stranger in conversation. They’ll seem creepy, but equally harmless. You’ll be fine.
As you pass this bar, you’ll often see more dancers than customers (which is not intended as a compliment). Some of these dancers look a bit burned out or bored, but I’m sure they’re all nice boys.
Around the corner to your left is what looks like pole dancing practice. You’ll find a few dancers attempting new things on the pole. Nobody is usually watching them, which is a great way for them to focus on themselves and try to learn their first couple of moves.
If you hit the patio before you run out of the bar, you’ll realized that the boring scene you saw before you walked in was exactly that. Boring.
If you’re like me, you’ll be happy to leave without having purchased or committed to a drink.
Take my advice and don’t return. Coming back a second or third time will not make the bar any more appealing. JRs is right down the street, cleaner and less creepy.

This is my favorite gay bar in Dallas. The nearly naked boys are dancing all over the place. There’s a patio in front and in back. There’s a small dance floor. The music is decent. I guess the biggest draw for me are the sexy boys hanging from the ceiling and dancing on the stripper poles.

Gross.
Canvassing the neighborhoods for ‘warm bodies’ to be dancers? Classless and trashy. I feel dirty by just being in there.

My new favorite. Without the pretense of JRs, not as falsely trendy as S4, this place a great bar to hang out at and drink.

Slow early but picks up after 9 –10

I like this place because the bartenders remember your drink and the venue is big. Plenty of space to walk around and people watch. There is a front and back patio where you can smoke and catch the fresh air.
I went a few times these past few weeks and it never seems to get packed, there will be an ok crowd there, but not as busy as it could be. Maybe they need to start holding events or do a better job at marketing to draw in the local crowd.

meh. i was pretty much ignored at the bar the entire night. i think you have to be a certain type to receive any kind of friendliness. typical typical typical.

Bartenders David. Kenneth. Micheal. Juan. And Jb are outstanding bartenders! But David and Kenneth have been withh TMC since the beggining so show them sum love when u go and tell em little David sent ya!

Its sad this place is not busier. I like the people, the dancers *clears throat, and the bartenders –for the most part.
The older bartenders that have been there through the move sure know how to treat a local, but there are some twinks behind the bar that fail to realize who is shelling out and who is selling out.
Look behind you, don’t just stand there. he he. «Tall tanqueray and soda, couple of limes, please. Sir, hello? Sir?»

I have been going to TMC for years. I went last weekend and sadly to say it has really gone downhill. The music was terrible. I was there for about 45min and never heard a single song I knew. The Place used to be packed. I could count the ppl on one hand, Appx 35. Sad!!! Doesn’t Cavan Care about the customers anymore? They had a Dancer that looked like he needed Jenny Craig. I left and walked over to RU and seems that where everyone going.

I have always been a fan of TMC back in the day. I have been coming here for years to the old Throckmorton Mining Company and now with my partner at the new TMC, is still a fun place to hang out with your group/​s of friends on Sundays.
This is a great new look for TMC (where Sue Ellen’s used to be) The minor upgrades look great and Caven didn’t overdo it. Just the right amount of flair.
Yes, it’s dark, smokey and a very cruisy place on Sundays after 10P. The best Trash Disco music by the DJ’s. The dancers have there own spot to strut there stuff and they are all very friendly. Awesome music as usual and the music is not as loud.
Staff is very friendly outside before you walk in and they have a great patio out back with tables, chairs and to sit down with friends or just to relax after dancing and smoking. When you walk in there is one bar to the left and you could order a drink or wait till you walk in to your right because there’s another bar as well which is quite long. The dance floor is really small and gets very crowded on Sunday nights.
I would recommend this to groups or if you are going to meet a friend there, this is the place to be seen on Sunday nights for sure. TBRU (Texas Bear Round Up), the third weekend in March is fun here on Sunday night. You won’t be disappointed.
The front of the patio should have been used as a quiet seating area to make a phone call on your cell. Would take one star off but this place is still perfect in my book. Still like the old TMC two story look as oppose to this single story. But, it won’t still keep me from being there on Sunday nights with the hot men in full force.

This place was interesting. The girls restroom is a men’s restroom, I think basically because no women go? My friend didn’t think they’d allow me in: p
Anyway, we head out to the patio of this place and there is a firepit going and next to it we see marshmallows and skewers, so naturally I drunkenly roasted marshmallows. What the hell was that all about? Heh, anyway, it was a happy evening.
There are no windows and honestly, I really like the place. It’s a lot nicer than it was when it was Sue’s, that’s for sure.
