I used to be a regular at this establishment often, as i work right across the street. However i am very BIG on customer service, and once i was served food with a BUG in it that was still alive crawling. I went to the mgmt, and they tried to say that i ate all the meat out of it before bringing it back in. Then accused me of putting the bug in there! I was like what? no «im sorry», no nothing! and then didnt want to refund my money. WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER. Prior to me eating there, the food was good, but now i think was there a bug in my food before?
