Horrible! For starters, no where does it specify that the location is located inside salon suites so after 30 min of driving down around (gps said it was on other side of street), finally get to my appointment only to find out no one is there! When you call, an offsite woman answers and can’t get a hold of the aesthetician. Thankfully, the salon suites owner got a hold of her and she was gonna be late. Mind you the appointment was 1pm and it is now 1:45 and still not here.

This was my first time at Wax, Sugar and Spa and I enjoyed my visit. As the aesthetician prepared me for the facial, she let me know of each step of the service. Everything was done well under an hour. She is very educated about the industry and skincare, and she used the high-​quality products that helped open up my pores, get rid of blackheads and led me to having a smoother, cleaner face.
