Wendy’s

Yeah!

I know it’s Wendy’s, so you can’t expect much, but this location is particularly bad.
First, they seem to be face lifting a lot of the area Wendy’s inside and our, but this one hasn’t been. It is definitely due for an update to give it a cleaner, fresh look.
The big issue I’ve had with this location is it seems like the food is always cold. Maybe I’ve just come at odd times, but the nuggets taste like they’ve been sitting around all day. Same with the burgers. They clearly weren’t prepared shortly before or during my visit.
Hopefully they will do a better job of ensuring food is the right temperature and heat up more when things have been sitting there a while.

If you’re going to get fast food, this is a decent spot to stop. I love that they now have healthy options available. Instead of fries I always sub the apples. They also have a green tea that’s awesome!
They’re always quick and friendly here and your order will always come out right.

I’m an avid fan of Wendy’s (or was). Today my husband and I went to have brunch at the restaurant next to this location called Coffee House bakery or something. We parked in this Wendy’s lot because we figured we would grab a frosty or two after and the other lot was very full. We must have missed the 2 very small and not well placed signs that shows this Wendy’s tows!!! We walk about maybe an hour and twenty minutes later and our car is gone. Let me also add that I am 9 months pregnant and we aren’t rolling in the dough to pay for an Über and to get our car out of the tow yard.
The manager at the restaurant we were at apologized and said that this Wendy’s district manager is out for revenge and tows super frequently and that we should go to the top to complain and get reimbursed.
I went in and talked to the store manager at Wendy’s and all she could say was that her boss makes her and all the employees do this. I told her this is ridiculous and we were going to come in after and that they should at least warn the people at the surrounding restaurants that they are going to tow anyone in their lot. Their reasoning: others parking in their lot makes it so their customers can’t park. THE LOT WAS MAYBE A QUARTER FULL THE ENTIRE TIME. I would understand if there was a big rush and they had tons of people there but I know for a fact that it was pretty empty the whole time… I mean Wendy’s? People generally do the drive thru (myself included).
What would have happened if I went into labor and my car was gone!!!

As far as fast food goes this place rocks. Their salads are always fresh. Place is clean and employees are courteous. Going back later today
