Best dip ever. Full of dill, smoked salmon. Just add a couple of ingredients from home and watch out! It’s addicting… Great for parties, football games. You won’t be disappointed. Hint: We prefer to eat it with pretzels…

The best smoked salmon! Great out of the way place to pick up a great treat. We will go out of our way to stop here every time we come to Washington.

So, I was staying over my friend’s mom’s place in northern Oregon, near the Columbia River. We were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner. After a few questions, my pal’s mom asked if I like salmon. That’s when my eyes lit up. DO I??? I LOVE salmon!
When she learned of my taste for salmon, she decided to take us across the Columbia, over to the Washington side and visit a special place that sells FRESH and smoked salmon – 6 different flavors. :)
We drove the back roads to get there. And when we arrived, it was like going to somebody’s house. There were two friendly dogs and a cat in the yard.
We were escorted into the shop, my pal’s mom chit-​chatting with the owners, selected our salmon, and made our way back to the house and had ourselves a very wonderful salmon meal.
I asked how they get their salmon, probably from the local tribes. The local tribes (Yakama? or other tribes in the area) have fishing rights and will sometimes sell them to local food businesses.
Very good and local. They do custom orders– retail and/​or wholesale available. They also do shipping upon request.
