Fortitude Construction

We used Fortitude Construction based on a referral. We gutted our 1940s bathroom. Like another reviewer said, Eduardo was on top of the permits and the inspections.
We were happy throughout the process as he always had good suggestions, solutions and was very attentive to us. We were always brought in the loop with next steps and made aware of what was happening and why. There was a tile issue that we weren’t happy with, but the moment we brought it up, Eduardo rectified the situation until we were satisfied. I’m not too sure how many other companies still operate under the principle of customer satisfaction, but Fortitude Construction does.
My wife and I are very pleased with the way the bathroom turned out and have received many compliments. We are also happy with the professionalism that Eduardo brought to the table. We hope to someday do more to our home and hopefully Fortitude Construction can help with that, too.

Fortitude Construction has done an amazing job on my front yard. We moved in about six omnths ago and had a horrible retaining wall by our front walkway with cinder blocks and a patch of dirt to the side of the retaining wall. We needed to do something about it, but wasn’t sure how to approach. Eduardo and his guys came out to take measurements and quickly turned around a bid for us. We like the ideas and recommendations he made, so we went for it. We are so happy with the end result of what Eduardo and his guys were able to accomplish in our front yard. Not only was he there on time, but he made sure we were happy customers and walked us through the process every step of the way. The amount of dedication and commitment that Eduardo has to his organization really shows and I appreciate the fact hat he was committed to doing a fantastic job and making sure we were happy with the end result. I will continue to endorse Eduardo and his team for the great job they’ve done at my home. I look forward to having Eduardo work on more projects at my home in the near future.

Eduardo has done two projects on my house in SF and I’ve been very happy with the results.
The first was a laundry room where he had to move the plumbing, electrical, and gas lines as well as finish the flooring. He expertly walked me through the permitting process, which can be difficult in the city, and worked with me through all the details. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would gladly recommend him again.
We also did a mold remediation and closet rebuild, this was incredibly time sensitive and somewhat difficult because I am the landlord and had to work with my tenants to make sure they were ok with the process as it was happening. He helped talk both me and my tenants through what the process would be like, making sure that there were plastic walls to protect us from the mold as the job was being done, and beautifully completed the project within a very tight timeframe at the last minute. Very grateful for his expertise and his concern for my tenant’s well being.
I actually have another project that I’m planning to reach out to Eduardo for in the future!
