My wife and I went to the store in Danbury, CT with the intent of possibly purchasing a set of new appliances. Billy Bowers was our salesman and he showed an extraordinary grasp of all of the products we were contemplating purchasing.
His professional and polished demeanor sold us on P.C. Richard & Son.

I dont like being forced into buying anything. When you walk in all available associates pounce on you. You try and tell 1 no take 5 steps forward here comes another! I understand working on commission but please let me breathe. The return policy here is awful if you paid in cash you will recieve a check within 14 business days. I don’t remember all of it but that’s enough to make me not come back! 0 stars!

What kind of human being would I be if I didn’t wait until the last minute to do something? I was frantically driving all over town looking for the new Super Smash Bros. game for 3DS the day before my flight down to Florida in October and couldn’t find it anywhere. Gamestop (all of them in Danbury and even the one in Brewster), Wal-​Mart, Best Buy, and even Target were sold out. Not once did I say to myself «Gee, P.C. Richards would probably have it, since all they do is sell video games,» which they don’t. So my last stop was here before giving up, and there it was, sitting on a gold pedestal as the last copy, probably in the area.
This wasn’t just about finding a brand new game at a store I barely go to, the customer service I received was top notch. From the second I walked in I was greeted, and the second I walked over to the gaming department I was asked if I needed anything. From there until I left the store, I had a pretty casual conversation with the guy helping me and he discussed everything about the store return policy and whatnot. I wish I had more time to walk around and see the other electronics they had to offer, but I was on a schedule. Great place, I plan on coming back in the near future.

My wife and I went to P.C. Richard & Son in search of a new laptop computer to replace her dead one. We weren’t 100% set on any one particular make/​model going in… and we had a lot of questions. The staff was VERY helpful and knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into any one model or price-​range. They helped us get an awesome deal on exactly what we needed. We’d highly recommend them!

I stopped in for a new phone car charger on the way home from a weekend away. It’s a nice clean store with a good selection. I was helped right away and the gentleman was friendly and knowledgable. I appreciate the good service.
