Great place for lunch. I love their Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich. When I ordered the turkey avocado BLT the avocado was not fresh. Such a bummer! That was supposed to be my favorite part. Otherwise their desserts and drinks have been always good so far. I have yet to try other items on their menu but so far the only complaint I have is the death of an avocado in my sandwich!

Yummy! Just a regular olé’ panera bread. This location is great as its nestled next to a ton of errands(michaels, roche brothers, Marshall’s, the pet store, cvs etc). As its convenient this is the location I meet a lot of folks at. Not 5 stars as I don’t think any panera is 5 star worthy, but delicious nonetheless.

Recently stopped here to try the the Sobe and Lentil Quinoa bowl. Both are good but I like the Sobe bowl much better and there both filling. My favorite is still the iced green tea been getting it for years.

Love their broccoli cheese soup. Try the soup inside the bread, awesome. Free wifi, except during peak hours there is 30mim only available(between 11−2pm).

I came in for a date with my girlfriend today and not only do they have horrible costumer service but our orders were either wrong or missing all of the toppings. When confronting an employee to ask for the proper food they just insured me that they were right. The restaurant isn’t clean or well maintained. I do not recommend. Paneras food is great but find a different location.

I used to looove Panera, however I believe they changed some of their recipes because the same order consistently tastes, not so great. It is definitely overpriced for what they offer, and they don’t have a lot of sandwiches on their menu selection. However, the broccoli & cheddar soup as well as the mac & cheese are amazing. BUT the portions are very small(even the large) for the price. They should either provide more food for the same price or lower their prices because the food isn’t as good as it used to be. The staff are somewhat friendly but a lot of times there is a line and no one is at the register. This has happened more than a few times I’ve come in.

A simple peanut butter and jelly was very poorly made for my son. The peanut wasn’t spread on the bread, it was more of a glob and the same with the jelly. Clearly corners were cut due to the high traffic they were having during the lunch hour, but if you can’t make a simple PBJ then clearly the sand which maker needs a new position. I have the roasted turkey and avocado, which was a very messy sand which too. This was my first time trying this so I’m not sure if it was the person who made it or if it’s the sandwich itself. It was so messy that I needed a fork to eat half of my sandwich.

I love Panera, but I don’t love this Panera. This place is always insanely crowded, dirty and understaffed. And they can never seem to make my meal correctly, nor care that it is wrong. Also, I’ve been here on multiple occasions where they have run out of key ingredients like bread. And while I know that it isn’t this particular store’s fault, I have been very disappointed with the general raise in price and lowering of food quality that seems to have happened to Panera over the past year or so. You used to be able to get a full stuffed, made to order panini and now everything is pre-made and refridgerated ahead of time with the smallest amount of ingredients possible. Pretty much the only reason I still go to Panera is for the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I also LOVED their chicken dumpling stew they had about a year ago, but they took it off the menu for some reason.(probably too expensive to produce)

Pros: great coffee and great tasting food Cons: way too expensive… small portions… dirty…probably unhealthier than I pretend it is.

After a disappointing visit I looked at my receipt that asked how are we doing and I went right to the website to state my disappointments, concerns and positive experiences too! It wasn’t more than 5 minutes later that the manager of the Danvers location called and wanted to know how they could make things right. He listened to my concerns and gave me his name and said please ask for him on my next visit. I will be visiting very soon and look forward to meeting this manager who wants to better the service to customers and keep us coming back. Thanks for your quick attention to customer service. K. They make a cinnamon crunchy bagel that is excellent with butter and plain cream cheese. I also enjoy their wild blueberry cream cheese. They also make excellent ice coffee and lattes.

I used to enjoy Panera — til I noticed that a pretty basic lunch for two could run 30 bucks — but after I moved to the North Shore, I wanted something tasty before a movie… so I gave it a shot. HUGE mistake. Admittedly, I should have known better than to order something like a Lobster Roll in anywhere but a local place… but there you go. It didn’t LOOK bad… but the 17 dollar price tag should have given me something really good. Instead, the lobster was chewy(think pencil erasers) and completely lacked any taste, save SALT. LOTS of salt. If you enjoy seafood, particularly lobster, this is a HUGE mistake… and a waste of your money and time.(As a cook, I suspect that the lobster is brined — to preserve it’s shelf life… and since Panera is a chain, they ALL probably serve the same mess. So avoid this«seasonal treat» at ALL costs… and better yet, give a small local place a try. Panera is way too expensive to be that underwhelming.

My wife and I went here for lunch after watching a movie at AMC. Fast service, great staff and good food. I got the cup of soup(black bean) & ½ sandwich(roast turkey). I thought the soup was really good. My wife got a chicken salad — she says it was good.

What a nice place this is. It is very clean and the people are very nice. I got the turkey and guacomole sandwhich and I have to say it was one of the best sandwhiches I have ever had. I don’t need to try anything else here, I only need that sandwhich. I tried one of their soups here years ago at the Quincy location and it was good, but the menu now is much more expansive than what it was way back when. I am glad I tried this place again.

Panera is a solid CHAIN restaurant, but the prices have been getting out of control lately(they seem to go up at least 10% per year), and some of the portions seems to be decreasing too. The chips that you can get as a side are only 1oz. That’s one small bag of chips! That being said, pretty much all the food is great here. I love the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad the most.

Panera advertises free wi-fi. Great! but this store only has three electrical outlets in the whole place. I’ve seen Panera shops with an outlet under each table and each booth. I really needed help connecting because the power was out in our town. Those using the outlets sat on them for hours. 2 seemed to be conducting business. One went and ate lunch with his laptop conspicuously plugged in and on screensaver for about ½ hour. One jerk saw me waiting for an outlet and got out a headset and watched movies. If you’re looking for the geek business, put in more outlets! and PS — your cream cheese is WAAAAYYY too salty

Great bagels! The you pick 2 combo is my go-to lunch option. And though I mix it up between sandwiches and salads(which are always great), the broccoli cheddar soup is my dear to my heart. The service is fast, sometimes I just run in for a fresh made loaf of bread to go with a home cooked meal! Tasty every time!

Generally speaking, I am a fan of Panera. Specifically speaking, I am not too much of a fan of THIS Panera. See prior my review of the Beverly Panera to get a feel for the kinds of food Panera serves and my personal suggestions(brief refresher: chipotle chicken sandwich, sierra turkey sandwich, caesar salad, fruit cup, caffe mocha). Now let me tell you why this Panera is not my fave. It’s generally not all that clean. You have to clean your table if you want a clean one. It can be crowded. The ingredients aren’t always the freshest. I was not pleased with some of the lettuce and I’m almost never pleased with the apple you get on the side. It’s an ok place to eat in the mall, but if you are looking for a good Panera, head to Beverly.

Popped in here with my BFF for a pre-shopping sandwich. We hit the ladies’ room first and while we were in there, a toilet flushed and an employee emerged wearing rubber gloves. She bypassed the sinks without washing her hands and went to start wiping down the beverage area while wearing those same gloves. We complained to the manager and left. Disgusting.
