Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Always the best customer service when I go there. They never try to sell me on other things. They explain everything in a very respectful manor! I always get coupons in the mail which is great because I need the synthetic oil for my car! Always a plus! They definitely have my business.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I go for a regular oil change and tech mentions my coolant level is low so he’ll tap off. So I leave thinking all is well. well I have a 30 mile ride home and by the time I make it home my engine stops and starts smoking. I call their cust svc number and they mention theyll have a manager contact me but to leave my car where it is since its smoking. A good citizen offers assistance, damsel in distress, and we find the reservoir completely free, free of coolant! Then when I get a call from the genius mgr the next day he tells me «their video» shows his tech putting in 2 bottles but there mustve been an air bubble. Apparently he thought I was an airhead. How the hell would an air bubble prevent the fluid from getting into the reservoir and not spill over. He couldve said something more believable like I had a leak. The idiot tech drained it and didnt refill it. I like Valvoline but I wouldnt suggest anyone who likes their vehicle to not take it to this location unless youre driving a piece of junk already and care doesnt matter.
