Nothing really to say about this place — they usually have two cashiers running so there’s always a line (at least when i go). Pricing are on the high side but no too bad; some businesses get a little discount if you are representing them. Small produce and fresh meat sections but it does exist and don’t forget the clearance rack in the back.

Lucky me — I usually get to shop for all the functions in Nutrition and Food Science at Wayne State University. Yesterday had to go to GFS to pick up stuff for a Welcome Back party for the students in my department. What I really truly love about this place is it is open before 8 a.m. So, if work needs something then I can stop and pick it up. The cashiers are always friendly and the young people putting stock up always asks me if I need any help.
This place is clean and I will continue to shop here! As far as stores go — this is top notch, but in volume!
