Glad to have found this affordable rental spot when I needed it. Staff was friendly and helpful and could help out last minute. Security was really important to me and I didn’t have any issues. I would recommend this spot to anyone needing storage.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is clean and the move-​in/​move — out process, a breeze. Their prices are competetive… The best move in special you can find! They have new management in place since August 2014 who have properly trained employees and streamlined process/​procedure. If you’re looking for storage in the Decatur area, Austin Drive is the place!

I had rented a unit with these people and the unit itself was fine and reasonably priced. HOWEVER, when I moved out of the unit, I was told that I would that I would receive a refund for returning my lock and that they would pro-​rate me and that I would get refunded for the rest of the month and was given a receipt saying that my refund would be $ 25 total. $ 10 for rent and $ 15 for the lock. I never received it and when I called I was told by the gentleman on the phone that I was misinformed and that they don’t pro-​rate and refund would only be $ 15. Not so angry about the money as I am that this seems shady and that I was misinformed. Not a good way to do business!

These guys are great. I used them for about 11 months — no contract on how long you need to agree to using it, just give them a 10 day notice. I didn’t need my unit anymore, otherwise I would have gladly kept it! Anyway, very friendly, very real people. Helpful on the phone (would promptly call back if they missed my call), and nice in person. Even stayed open a little extra late one Sunday so we could drop off something (shhh, I didn’t tell you that). Anyway, I did a bunch of price comparison before hand, and no one could beat what they had to offer. Plus, the friendly neighborhood vibe is great. I live in Buckhead and it was well worth the drive to Decatur.
