CubeSmart Self Storage

This is a great storage facility! There are three things that make this place stand out.
First, the units themselves are unique in that they have high ceilings and a second lofted floor with built in shelves to make it easy to store your stuff. This looks strange, but it’s pretty useful in practice. You can put your lighter stuff up in the top area and leave your heavier stuff on the lower floor. This is better than a standard unit where you have to stack things up well above your head. You can’t do that here since there is the second level, but there is more overall room since it’s so tall. The only downside is that if you have trouble getting up and down stairs, this is likely not for you.
Second, the staff is excellent. They are friendly and work hard. So many storage facilities have lazy staff who seem to hate their customers… that’s NOT the case here. They are some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered. They are also efficient and don’t waste time. I can’t compliment them enough. I hope they are rewarded by management.
Third, this is in a great location near 285. It’s easy to get in and out, and it’s nice to have good highway access to I-​20 as well.
The only downside I can see is that their materials like locks, pads, and boxes are more expensive than other places. You are better off bringing your own stuff from elsewhere. Overall, this is a great facility!
