Much like my engagement, I’ve procrastinated writing this review because I wanted it to be perfect. The issue is, how can you put words in a review when you are speechless?! Russ and Lisa were able to take several rough ideas that I brought in to them and proceeded to successfully design and create the most beautiful and perfect engagement ring that I could have ever imagined purchasing. More importantly, my now fiancé was just as astounded as I was, if not more! I will never again go anywhere for jewelry unless I’m going to see Russ and Lisa. Hands down, it’s not even an option! I urge anyone who’s on the market for a piece of jewelry to stop in to Deep River Design, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Russ and Lisa for being able to make an engagement as perfect as anyone could ever imagine! 10 out of 5 stars all day long!

Russell and Lisa graciously helped us maneuver an engagement ring disaster with a different designer, offering a free inspection and instructions detailing how to void the transaction. After being instrumental in resolving the issue that had nothing to do with them, they made a great quality custom engagement ring at a better price and much better quality than the original. I can not stress the level of professionalism they showed enough and continue to show as we will be going to Deep River Jewelry Design from here on in (wedding rings are currently being made). Russell and Lisa are exactly what the larger chains are not; caring, professional and unique. They are the perfect example of the value of buying and supporting local artists and craftsman; they care about you and work hard to make sure that you walk away a satisfied, happy customer. I wish we went here first!

A hidden gem located in a beautiful old home on Main Street.

Deep River Design is by far the best jewelry store I have purchased from. From the second you enter the store to the moment you leave, they make you feel at home. The designer/​goldsmith personally worked with me to construct the perfect ring.
The ring needed to be sized, and they did it in less than an hour. They even offered to clean it. All for free! I know people who have waited for over a week to get their rings sized, but they did it right away. They even offered to maintain it for every three months for a lifetime, once again, for free!
Thank you Deep River Design, you made her so happy which made me even happier!
UPDATE!
I was so happy with Deep River Jewelry Design with my last purchase (and so was she since she said YES!!!) that I knew I had to go here for her Christmas present. I was presently surprised when I walked in and they remembered me and helped guild me to the perfect gift, or at least I hope it is. They even wrapped it for me which was great since I am, well, not the best at that. And sorry honey, I will not say what I got you just in case you read this!
I will definitely be back when we get closer to the big day for our wedding bands, and I know that we will be treated just as kindly as I have been treated the three times I have been in so far. Keep it up Deep River Design! You have a loyal customer with me!
