Kelly fixed my antique, copper floor lamp in five minutes and for less than $ 3. What a pleasant surprise! Lampshade Gallery is right off I-​5 in a large shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee house, a gas station, and other retailers, so you can knock a few items off that to-​do list in one trip.

i went in looking for new parts for some antique (1934) floor lamps, and the woman who runs and I believe maybe owns the store was so helpful. She was like an electrician, and gave me all the parts to rewire them. Complete with very detailed instructions! Wonderful store!

As a professional in interior design it’s very important for me to have trade relationships that believe in the same excellent standards of doing business. The lampshade gallery is no exception to this rule. Kelly and her father both take the time needed and offer great service and advice when I meet with them on client projects. Their inventory selection is fantastic, always in impeccable condition and priced well. Truly a delight to work with!

If you’re looking for any type of lampshade you can find it here — they have an amazing selection! The options are so vast you can find something to match pretty much any style décor you have. I was actually looking for something very specific to coordinate with my new living room and the owner told me she could custom make it for me using the fabric I loved (I didn’t even know you could do that). She was very friendly and upfront on timing and costs. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely head back when I move on to decorating the next room in my house in a few months.

The Lampshade Gallery has fixed several lamps for me and I was able to get custom shades that I couldn’t find anywhere else. As the previous poster mentioned they are very knowledgeable but I’ve never had anything but friendly service. The store can get busy and they’re closed Mondays but you won’t find this selection anywhere else in San Diego.

These Father daughter team is very knowledgeable and have a good inventory of shades but the customer service is nothing short of terrible. I’ve never seen anyone in business for themselves with such a cranky attitude towards the customer.
