Starbucks

My wife and I love our Starbucks. This location in Delran is our closest store so we visit when we can. At home we buy and mix the Starbucks coffee and it’s just right. When we come in we usually get something special like Frappuccino or a Teavana Tea in the summer. I like a bold coffee and Starbucks does not disappoint. Being a Starbucks member and having their app also gets you rewards from free food or beverages to free music and apps for my iPhone which I have found to be nice.

Never again will I go to Delran Starbucks. On Sunday November 22 2015 my mom and I went through the drive thru seeing how there was no one in line. We waited at least 10 minutes for the hippie dude to ring us up. Not once did he say I’ll be right with you. He continued to take other customers orders who went through the drive thru. Finally he rings us up and hands us our grande egg nog lattes hot with no sleeves and no whip cream. Last I checked Starbucks advertises all their lattes with whip cream so why would the store decide not serve it that way? We ask the hippie dude at the window to fix our drinks. Then he rings us up wrong so another person comes to the window (us thinking it was the manager) asking what the problem was and after we explain the boy asks us to pull around front and come inside to talk to our manager. A girl who wasn’t the manager but the shift leader refunded us our money and yes we got our drinks but the service at this Starbucks in horrible especially for not being the morning rush. Time for Starbucks to but up a coffee shop in Cinnaminson, NJ.

Come here frequently and never thought to check in until now, but must say employees are always pleasant. They are also helpful if you want to do little changes to your beverage. Conveniently located to many shopping stores especially if you need that quick pick me up. Sign up and earn many of the great rewards and specials they have.

I keep coming here over and over because my girlfriend really likes Starbucks and this is the closest one in the area to where she lives. I have never been inside and have not dealt with the people on the inside face to face so this review is simply of the drive through area. The staff is always friendly and the drinks are always made to order. Which is the best thing about this place as well as their drive through. However, the lack of speed is horrible there have been multiple times where there is one person a head of me in the drive through and I have had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my drink. The important thing about that is it seems like the person in front of me did not make a big order no they made a small order and that is what annoys me. Had they made a big order it would be much more reasonable for the wait. This had happened on multiple occasions and it is kind of annoying. Now you wonder why I keep doing this then, well it is close and it is a drive through which means I can be lazy and not leave my car. Also the drive through staff is very friendly and nice just as slow as hell sometimes.

I don’t even know how to rate this place because I can’t stand this location but I love starbucks. Every time I come here they never have what I want on the menu! If you like tomato basil mozz paninis, dream bars, ham and cheese or spinach pastries, you better not come to this location. Every time I’ve gone they are out of these items, got my drink order wrong, and they are slow af. I swear they hire the most incompetent people. Whoever is managing this location just doesn’t know what they are doing or just does not care because it is the only starbucks in the area, that we are forced to come here. They don’t know how to hire competent workers and don’t know a thing about taking inventory. Get it together Delran starbucks!!! Thank you that’s all

The wifi is terrible. 4 people here using their laptops and the wifi can’t support it? Really? It’s 2015. This alone is worth one star.

Although the baristas at this location are slow, I go anyways because I enjoy a good Starbucks coffee. However, just recently I stopped in because I had a coupon for a free drink and didn’t have my wallet. I showed her my coupon and of course I needed my rewards card to scan. I didn’t think it would be a problem because I literally know the barista from going there every day. However, she discarded my already made beverage sitting in front of me and told me a monotoned ‘sorry.’ Not very courteous at all. I felt really dumb for thinking they would help a loyal customer out. I’ll go to Dunkin next time. Their customer service has gone out of the window and their wait time stinks anyways.

It’s Starbucks? Need I say more? I guess so. This location has a drive thru which is a definite plus. The staff is great, and the location is good too. The only issue I have is the parking lot they are located in, but that’s not their fault at all.

An impeccably clean Starbucks with a drive-​through. Employees are friendly. Other than that, typical starbucks fare.

This location is horrible! Wait time inside and in drive through is outrageous. Some of the people there are on top of their game but many of the employees are incompetent. I literally waited 10 minutes in the drive through with only one person in front of me and she only was handed one drink.
Let me say this there are definitely some employees there who are awesome but a few I’ve dealt with who are horrible and ruin it for the good ones.

Everyone knows Starbucks, and either you like it or you don’t, so there’s not much sense in reviewing the menu. Well, EXCEPT! I am currently OBSESSED with their chicken sausage breakfast wrap. This wrap (which the location closer to my job is often out of by the time I get there) the drive through (which aforementioned location is also lacking), and the friendly workers make this Starbucks my first choice for breakfast on my way to work or a caffeinated pick-​me-​up when I’m tooling around town on the weekends.

I love the drive through at this Starbucks. I realize that sentence makes me sound like the laziest person alive, but I’m typically on my way to a friend’s house whenever I swing by this location and the drive through is just too convenient to pass up. Everyone who works there is super friendly from my experiences and the line moves quickly. They even plug your drinks with those little green plastic things so there’s no spillage. I just wish there was a more convenient way to get out of the parking lot, instead of having to drive back through the strip mall lot.
