Great gains. Gains, gains everywhere. This location is great with customer service with very sociable line employees. Due to the close proximity to UNT, they do tend to run out of certain items. But no worries. As long as there is chicken and brown rice, it’s all good.

The same as a Chipotle anywhere else. The service here was positive, and the lines were not as long as I’ve seen at other locations. I imagine it can get busy at the lunch time rush with lots of college kids from UNT eating at this convenient location. And Sofritas is where it’s at, a vegetarian option, better for the environment, cheaper, and as flavorful as the meat options. Try it out.

I’m always a fan of Chipotle but with this location I continue to find myself disappointed. They always seem to be out of something and they never have chips. Last time I went they were out of guacamole, medium salsa, cheese, and lettuce. The location is convenient being so close to campus but it’s worth the drive to go to a different Chipotle or even Freebirds.

Have eaten at most chipotles all over the country, but probably the only chipotle serving undercooked chicken or totally burnt

the only location I’ve been to where the line is either missing something(esp .cheese and sour cream) and/or I’ve had to wait on the fajita veggies multiple times. meat cuts are hit or miss. one day you get well trimmed meat, the next mostly gristle or fat. I keep wanting to like this particular restaurant, but it doesn’t deliver… especially not for the Chipotle premium

At the end of the day Chipotle is just average«Mexican» food. I quote Mexican because it is about as Mexican as taco bell. I got a chicken burrito with pinto beans, brown rice, pico, lettuce. At first I was actually impressed the chicken had a decent amount of flavor to it. The problem though was the quantity of the chicken. I ate at least half of the burrito with absolutely no chicken. This place is EXACTLY like subway in that regards. You get a huge burrito but it’s just filled with rice, beans, and some nasty pico. To top it off they didn’t have any cheese, lime, or cilantro so I defiantly would never order tacos from here either. Time to try freebirds.

Obviously, Chipotle is amazing. Obviously, sofritas are the best thing ever. Obviously, their food is consistently fresh and flavorful. But the service at THIS Chipotle is particularly outstanding because they are ALWAYS friendly and actually smile. Even the 288 location right down the street somehow doesn’t have quite as great an atmosphere. I loooove this Chipotle. **Addition: When people talk bad about Chipotle, it’s like hearing someone talk crap about your best friend. Because it really, just objectively, is that good. If you get 2 ingredients on your salad/burrito/bowl, you WON’T get $ 9 worth of food, because you have the palette of a 5 year old. If you are SUPER picky about toppings, or are accustomed to a «meat n’ cheese» burrito a la Taco Bell, or are one of those unfortunate souls that is allergic to everything delicious, chipotle is not the place for you.

Great food and service, but they run out of stuff quick, and the folding of the burritos could be better.

FIVESTARSALLAROUND. Chitpotle is a goddess and anyone who comes here will be enamored by her burritos, tacos and bowls. I go here every Saturday for my fix and it’s literally my motivation to keeep me going throughout the week. Why wouldn’t I reward myself with chitpotle? It’s the best. If you want to try the best thing on Earth get a burrito with barbacoa, brown rice, bell peppers, cheese, pico, and sour cream. Y’all can thank me later.

First time trying the Sofritos. They’re great! After three years of being together, my wife admitted to never being a fan of Chipotle. But the Sofritos were a game changer for her. Location was fine, service was fine. Staff was kind, if not needlessly rushed(place was mostly empty and noon on a Sunday). Were were just passing through but we would be happy to stop by if were were in the neighborhood and again in a hurry.

Great walkable location to UNT campus on the corner of fry and hickory. This location is pretty fast, and gets people through quickly. Downside: they tend to give smaller portions than other locations, especially the meat. My boyfriend has had to ask for more meat twice.

I am let down by this location. I’ve only gone because they are so close to my house. I try to order a salad with only THREE ingredients(chicken, corn salsa and GUAC) but I get skimpy ass portions every time and feel ripped off when it’s time to fork up $ 9. I’ve considered walking out mid-order nearly every time. The employees are college kids and couldn’t care less about how much or little you’re trying to order overall. This chipotle sucks. Don’t waste your money, you will get ripped off.

I feel like I should’ve learned my lesson here a long time ago. Somehow they’ve managed to give me someone else’s to-go order not once but twice. I decided to give them another chance today since they’re in walking distance from where I live, and this time the food was completely cold. I guess I’ll just stick to the 288 location instead.

Great location! Lines are always super duper long, so placing your order online or on the phone ahead of time is a great idea. It’s proximity to the UNT campus is definitely the explanation for the long lines. The food is always fresh and delicious as expected of any Chipotle. Service and friendly. They don’t appear to be rushing people which is great considering how crowded the place can get. They also pack on the food! Holy moly! Not skimpy at all, which is something my local(ahem, Frisco, ahem) location can learn from. If you say you want corn, prepare to have them pack on the corn! If you want lettuce, expect a storm of lettuce! You get the picture. Overall, this is a pretty decent location. I recommend!

Great experience at this Chipotle! The restaurant is very clean!(Always a plus, right?) I always get the steak, and it was cooked to a PERFECT medium rare! They put plenty of rice in my burrito bowl, one heaping scoop of both pinto and black beans, and a HEAPING scoop of steak! Some people can really skimp on the meat sometimes. This place is new and on the corner of Hickory and Fry. So… it is right on the edge of campus and perfect for students to grab a quick bite between classes. Huge fan of this location from this experience!
