Dunkin’ Donuts

I am an avid dunkin drinker and stop at this location while traveling on 404. On the hand full of times I have been my beverage has been made wrong three times. When I point it out i am given attitude and have heard snarkey comments made. Very disappointing as every other store I go to my drink (iced dark roast with extra cream and Carmel) is made perfectly and they are so pleasant. My coffee is alright once it’s remade correctly, but I have to give it one star as service is consistently poor.

Coffee at DD is the second to Tim Horton. Here is good and hot. Restrooms clean. Shared with Subway so I could get cookie instead of donut. Easy off and on.

I go to Delaware once a week and this place is right off 404 I stop by every time to get some coffee and donut I love there’s coffee always fresh and employs r really friendly!!!

I give it 3 stars because I always hit the drive thru there and I dont go inside. When driving on 404, there isnt another Dunks until you either hit Kent Island or highway 13 in Delaware, so this is it.
I dont recommend sitting down in there because they share the space. I have always had good experiences with the drive thru.

If there was another choice close, I’d go there. It’s D&D, so the food is expected, but the service at this place is just horrible.

Won’t waste my time writing too much.
Let’s just say that the coffee wasn’t all that… and the donuts/​baked treats weren’t any better. Situated inside a building shared with a Subway, this Dunkin Donuts was treated like the younger sibling sharing a room with it’s older stronger brother. The Dunkin Donuts was given a tiny closet sized area (¹⁄₈ of the place) while the Subway took up the rest of the larger area.
The muffins were super dry and tasted like they were 3 days old. The only thing saving this Dunkin Donuts from receiving a single star rating was the kind service.
Never ever will I stop at this Dunkin Donut. Whatever happened to the guys that used to get up early in the mornings to make the donuts?
Ah, those were better times… when donuts were fresh no matter which Dunkin location you visited…
