They will up sale and even when they do the repairs they will make sure you have to bring your vehicle back.
Not very helpful or informative about what you need to have worked on.
I had my fuel pressure regulator replaced a year ago, then my head gasket went out and now my fuel pressure regulator has gone out again.
I believe they tampered with it to get the extra work.

I just left this location. I arrived at the store 2 minutes before closing time, with my tire pressure light on, and the men working here aired up my tires for me even though they had already started their closing process! It was very much appreciated :) I’ve also had work done on my previous car by them and they are always very friendly and prompt with their service.

Even though NTB had the cheapest coupon of $ 9.99 for an oil change, I couldn’t get past the reviews. So I printed the ’25% off oil change & filter replacement’ and headed to Firestone. I always used them in San Antonio and so far here in Denton they seemed good.
I got an oil change & state inspection. It was a little pricey but I didn’t mind spending more if I felt I got better service. The employees were nice and I asked that they take a look at the belts on my high mileage car. I half expected them to come back saying they need replacement just to get me to pay for more but instead he said everything looked fine!
So, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Quick service and nice employees. I’d recommend them.
