I hate coming here now. When I first started coming here, the doctor I saw was great. But then she moved out of state and I’ve had to see other doctors. There’s always a long wait for anything and the last doctor I saw was an idiot. I will not be coming back here!

I’m not even sure where to start. This is a sliding scale clinic, but I don’t qualify for a discount. However, I didn’t have insurance and needed a doctor I thought would be more affordable, so I went here. They actually charged me more than my cardiologist… They are clearly unaccustomed to dealing with people who aren’t completely destitute, because during my visit I was quoted pricing that I did NOT receive. Each time I have been (and I hope to never have to go here again) this has been the case… told something would cost me x and in the end charged z. And then there is the doctor. After having blood work done, they called me and didn’t leave a message (even though I checked the box on my intake form that says ‘You may leave a detailed message at this number’) so I called back several times and left messages that I was returning their calls, and no one EVER called me back. I finally went back to the clinic to collect my results, about 10 days later. The office staff looked to be at lunch, so only my doctor was at the desk. I told her I needed a copy of my results. She asked why, saying that I had been called and given the results over the phone. I told her I had not been told, that no one had ever left a message. She argued back and forth with me, saying «It was noted in your chart that you were called. They wouldn’t do that if they hadn’t called.» Well, I hate to break it to you doc, but people do crazy things when it comes to keeping their jobs. On the other hand, why the hell would I lie about needing my results? If I’d gotten them, would I have been back at the office, wasting time and arguing with a jerk? No. She finally gave me a copy, and said «I’ll fax a copy to your doctor’s office. Surprise! Two days later, at the other doc’s office? Nope, they had not received a fax. Glad I had a copy to give them. How am I supposed to go back there and trust my healthcare to a doctor who has argued with me and basically called me a liar? I don’t feel at all comfortable with that. I feel concerned for the people who trustingly put their medical care in the hands of these inaccurate, unconcerned charlatans

I had to wait over an hour. Then I felt not welcomed. The doctor barely looked at me and gave me no information on why I was there. I feel like beside it being based on my income I would not return. I can’t afford my normal PCP any longer. Dreading my next appointment and how I will be treated. I gave it two stars based on money and I am broke. Awful!!!

Came in because I was referred from the Marketplace’s website and these people were fantastic! The woman at the front destination was incredibly friendly and patient, I didn’t have to wait very long, the doctor was very thorough and she even referred me to the cheapest pharmacy for my medication! I WILL be coming back.
