2nd time eating there. Been awhile since the first trip and WILLNOTBEBACK! Place wasn’t crowded and it took over 40 minutes to get our food. When food came, I had the Da Cheesy sandwich, beef was cold as was the dipping sauce. Wife ordered biscuits and gravy and her’s was cold as well. Not a big fan of sending food items back as heard to many horror stories. Waiter was nice enough but could have been more attentive to us. Had to ask for refills of water even though they were not busy. May give the Flower Mound one a try before crossing Le Peep off our list altogether.

Terrible service! We only saw our server twice. Once to order and once to leave. Hash was overcooked/burnned. We sent it back and got serious attitude from our server. Very over priced for the quality of food served. Im not asking for Duck Breast foie gras! Im asking for decent breakfast food maybe just maybe alittle higher quality than IHop. I guess I was wrong. If they cant respect the food I wonder how the kitchen looks? Do they have food handlers licence? Do they know how to protect the food Or are they using the same cutting board for raw chicken and salmon? If you cant even cook frozen potatoes or hashbrowns, it only makes me wonder where else they make slack. I will not be going back nor will i recomend to anyone.

Sadly, they slipped a star in my estimation, and they’re rapidly moving to our, «do we want to go back» list. The service has been on several occasions glacial. Not cold, slow. Just as I was about to stand up to hunt down the waitress and ask where our food was she came around the corner with it. The food was very good. And it was piping hot so I suspect the issue was not the waitress but the kitchen. I could understand that if the place was full, but it was pretty sparsely filled, about 5 tables, most with two people at them. The last time my wife went there at 1:30 she was turned away and told, «you won’t have time to eat». They close at 2:00. Most restaurants will serve you and let you eat if you get in the door before they close. How long does it take to cook an omelet? Or any of the breakfast oriented fare they serve? On the brighter side, the food was better this time and I was able to drink the coffee black. No hideous bitterness to try to cover up. So, right now they’re on our«Don’t go if you’re in a hurry» list.

At least the water was good. Horrible service and even worse food. The chili on the burrito taste like the chili from the machine at 7-Eleven. Gag.

Came in and the server was unhappy that we asked for a specific table in their nearly empty restaurant. The glasses and cutlery still had lipstick marks/food on them. Our waitress was personable enough but didn’t know the menu very well. When our food came out, which granted was very quickly, the bacon was overcooked and the potatoes were undercooked, except for certain pieces that had obviously been through the fryer one too many times. Our waitress then stood a few tables behind us talking to her friends and taking pictures on their phones to post to Facebook for maybe 10 minutes before she came and checked to see how we were doing. Once she brought new bacon(also over cooked) she dropped the check without asking if we wanted/needed anything else. Mediocre food and mediocre service. Definitely won’t be coming back. I will say one server, Ryan, wasn’t our server but was running around doing more work than anyone else, including what seemed to be the owner and her small children? He was also very friendly and personable. Probably the best thing about this overpriced café.

Came here for the first time. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. Asked for it to be not crispy. Had to return the bacon because it came out crispy twice. The gravy seemed to have too much grease in the mix and the buiscuits were hard and a bit burnt in top. The breakfast potatoes were under cooked and had what looked like potatoes from past orders in it as well.(not fully cleaning out the fryer baskets) the servers seemed to be more fixed in taking photos for there Facebook’s then anything else. I will not be back. In from the service industry so I try to understand some circumstances.

We love this place. Great food, great service and you can always count on the consistency of your order. Plus, you can actually finish your meal as it is the right portions, not these over large orders you see at other places.

My wife loves this place so I come here with her to get breakfast. I thought I would try the special peach waffle with pecans and throw in a couple fried eggs with white toast. The wife got a skillet with steamed egg on top. I like my eggs fried medium plus so I get no runny whites but just enough yolk to wipe up with the toast. The waitress never heard of this just medium or medium well. Medium the whites are runny and medium well everything is cooked hard. The waffle was extremely soggy I guess because of peach juice poured onto the waffle along with peach slices. The eggs were over cooked hard so I asked for replacements which came back cooked like I like them. No saving the waffle, it was almost inedible. Normally this would have been a two to three star max review but while paying the manager came over and talked to me about the egg cooking thing. Since they did recook the eggs correctly, even though it was a long wait. Her consideration merits the four stars. The order was good for the wife but was botched on mine. I’m sure we’ll be back for another shot at breakfast thanks to groupon.

Very basic restaurant… I’m surprised that this is a chain. They need to put more money in to their décor. Service was okay, not great. Food was pretty good. But I probably wouldn’t come back because the décor totally turned me off.

Not very memorable. Was here with a group of 6. Everybody ordered breakfast, except one, who ordered a sandwich. The sandwich had the world’s smallest chicken breast on it. Breakfast dishes were ok, but nothing special. Service was iffy. Won’t be going back.

This is a great place for a casual breakfast. Tables are set with carafes of cold water ready to drink. Coffee cups are empty and ready to be filled as soon as you sit down. This is one of the places where you can find corned beef for breakfast which was part of my order. The Hen Pen is great; you get two eggs any way, toast or English muffins, bacon, sausage or corned beef. I always ask for the hash browns. Great meal. And if you order juice the glass is kept cold before being served which makes the juice taste even better. Awesome breakfast.

Had a friend go there that has extreme food allergies and told the waiter and manager. Well they cross contaminated and she had to be taken away in an ambulance. That’s bad enough but the manager made her lunch guest pay for the meal that sent her to the hospital. I cannot believe that they would do that. Crazy.

If you want dirty water glasses, inattentive wait staff, and breakfast that came from a box then this is the place for you. If not, just stick to Old West.

This is a hard review to write, since my family and I have been loyal customers of the Denton location for almost ten years. It appears that the Denton location has undergone some sort of management change, and with that came the departure of some of their staff. Based on our last visit, it appears that the new management doesn’t care much for their clientele. It also appears that they don’t care much for the staff either, since they lost a couple of their better employees after the change. The food during our last visit was okay, but the kitchen service was pretty poor, in my opinion. The restaurant was not overly busy, and the food took upwards of 20 minutes to get to the table. With that being said, the toast still managed to come out cold. Toast, in my opinion, is not a difficult thing to prepare. I am not sure if my family will be coming back, under the current conditions. I would hope that the owner/general manager will take this under advisement and make any necessary changes. Such a shame, as this was our typical Sunday breakfast joint. Get your act together, Le Peep. Please.

Le Peep is an average diner with average diner food. I love the healthier options that they offer(turkey sausage) and that’s the extra star for me. But $ 2.69 for a cup of coffee??? Come on. That’s cray. Sweet potato fries were delish but we only received about 10 fries. The chicken fried steak was par but the green onions on top of the gravy was overpowering. James’ Da Cheezy Beef was crazy salty, so he was happy. It definitely needed more cheese though. Overall, it was better than IHOP but equal to Denny’s. Take it as you will.

I was excited to try this place. They do have a good sized gluten free menu. I had the pancakes and loved them. They were not too soggy nor too dry. The flavor and texture were good. The only thing I’ll say is it was really expensive. I understand gluten free stuff can cost a little more but it’s hard to justify paying $ 12 for 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes.

New menu, new food! Try the jumbo/grande/big ass breakfast burrito(whatever they call it, haha). It’s smothered in pork green chili and is de-licious! ALSO, a wonderful lil’ waitress named Ashley made all my dreams come true by mixing the pecan and hazelnut coffee into my newest caffeine addiction. I’d highly recommend a cup or 12… and sitting in her section. She’s amazing.

Go here for your next Sunday brunch. They offer some things other breakfast/brunch places typically don’t, and their eggs are always cooked perfectly, in my opinion. Also, their flavored coffees? Tasty. I think the portions are pretty good, I can never finish a mean while here.(Random tidbit: their sausage links are a lot bigger than I expected, based on experience from other restaurants.) The service at this location is especially wonderful. I’ve been a few times and have always had top notch service. I’ve never had to wait in a queue to be seated, and that honestly surprises me.

We used to love and rave about Le Peep, I have been three times in the last 3 months and each time found more than one hair in our food. The first time I thought it was a fluke and the manager tried to fix it and comp our meal as well as gave us a gift card. We came back to use the gift card and again there was hair in our food. We called the manager over and showed her again. Then we didn’t come back for quite a while and the next time about a month later there was hair again. Something changed as this had NEVER happened to is before. Like I said, we lived them but this is hard to get past.

I loved this place, Juan Carlos was our waiter who qas very polite and very cute. We ordered some strawberry banana crema smoothies. They were on point! I had an omelet, it was amazing, it was not a hot mess like most omelets are. I also had a piece of turkey sausage which was really juicy. I am definitely coming back for brunch more often.
