I love Panera and this location is a good one! This was my go-​to haven between classes when I was attending UNT. The food doesn’t disappoint and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The whole experience is quick, easy, and has very healthy options. One cool thing about this location is that it has a drive thru! If you do have time to sit and eat in the dining room, they do walk around with free samples. I love this place!

I ordered a rapid order at the very end of the day & while the food was delicious (duh) they forgot to bag one of my salads. This wasn’t a big deal because I was off the next day so I just asked if I could pick it up then. I spoke to Carley on the phone & in the store the next day. She was so nice & professional! Not only did they upgrade my salad to a full, but they also gave me a free drink. Personally, I think the great customer service was worth the 5 stars alone. I will be back to this location as long as I still live in the area & absolutely will recommend it to friends!

This Panera has good food but it is usually miserable to eat at because it is always super crowded combined with it being a smaller-​sized building. It is nice that they often walk around handing out free dessert samples but how about samples of the healthy stuff?

This place has gone downhill so quickly… My soup has been cold the past 2 times I’ve been here, there’s a hint of lemon pledge in the food, and oh my goodness please put some hair nets on the people in the kitchen. Tired of having to pick hairs off of my tongue.

I like Panera, and this one is a pretty good one. I am normally a pretty big proponent of going ahead and joining a company’s loyalty program, even though I carry a keychain full of cards, but this is one I will say that I believe pretty pointless… Good food, friendly service… i can’t get their online ordering to work right, but I’ve never had to wait like other people.

I’m only willing to visit Panera when their iPad self service machines are working, otherwise I’m out if there. 25 minutes is too long to wait in a long line with a single cashier. Their sandwiches are healthier than most, and I did love the baker-​lady walking around with free scone samples. It’s pricey but you’re paying for the cute little coffee shop star-​bucks-​y atmosphere. Bread bowls are good, soups are decent. Turkey club is my personal favorite. Nothing to wait in line for though.

I’m a fan of Panera Bread. Good, healthy food. This location has easy ordering with the person at the counter or several computers for easy ordering and pay with a cc. Warning: This location gets really busy on the weekends but we still got our food relatively quick and all of our orders were correct.

This location is nice because it’s not usually busy or crowded. The staff is very nice and helpful. I usually get the Mediterranean chicken flatbread and the acai berry tea. I have a MY Panera card and I often get free stuff because of it. I use the WiFi with my iPad. Love this place!

This restaurant needs some decent management! I went there just to get some cookies. There was one person ahead of me ordering a really large order and I waited for about 15 min while the manager wandered by several times glancing at me but not acknowledging me, there were about 6 or 7 other employees around but no one offered to help me. I finally just left in frustration! That manager does not deserve the title nor the money!

Ordered the roasted chicken blt with avocado. DISGUSTING! I had one tiny bite of it and gave the rest to my three dogs. They thought it was tasty.
The bacon looked pathetic. Rather than slicing up the avocado they just threw on half and avocado, HALF. The bread looked awful and completely fake. The «roasted chicken» was so cold I could swear it came directly out of the freezer.
If you like bland awful sandwiches than you should definitely visit.
My bf who pretty much eats anything, including Taco Bell (don’t even get me started) said, «This is a shXtty sandwich!»

Love the new location in town. Having the drive through is great. Food is what you expect from the chain but it is reliable. Compared to other places you could be eating out in the area this is an excellent place to stop at.

New location in town. Nice outside eating area albeit rather dirty. Food was decent. Had the power menu turkey salad which was a bit bland, but fresh. My kid had the broccoli cheddar soup which is always awesome! Cashier was good, however out good took a while to come out.
