How bad does it have to get for someone to get motivated to actually get on Unilocal and leave a fast food restaurant a bad review? For me, when my order was 100% wrong on every item. Quesolupas– ordered four, paid for four, got three. Let me re-​iterate, entirely forgot a (relatively) expensive entrée item that I paid for, meaning someone at home didn’t get their meal. Quesolupas I did get were cold and soggy. Quesorito, warm, nicely cooked and cheesy but nothing except rice inside. Drinks, one Dr Pepper was super watered down, the other one had a powerful taste of vanilla that was surprisingly pleasant, so at least there was some positive to the experience.

I literally downloaded the Unilocal app just to say that this location has the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was in the drive-​thru for nearly half an hour while the employees at the window literally turned their backs and ignored me. Then I was given a completely incorrect order and had to go inside to have it corrected. I was at the counter for another 15 minutes before they could put my order into a bag, and at no time did any of the workers even bother to apologize let alone speed up the process or compensate for the error. Totally unacceptable and I promise I will never go back to this location. I only wish I could give a lower rating.

ok let me tell you something. I worked in fast food for a year and a half, I know the struggle of fast food employees. These however, are just about the most disgruntled and slow employees I’ve ever dealt with in my life, even if it is Taco Bell. Listen, they were so bad I actually got on Unilocal to leave a review for a fast food place. Just go to the other one on University, friend.

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to! Horrible employees that ALL need to be fired due to their lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge, and lack of customer service skills. I ordered a mexican pizza and a beef chalupa and received food that an inmate on death row wouldn’t eat. The mexican pizza had the wrong sauce (they used the red sauce that goes on burritos instead of pizza sauce), and the chalupa wrapper was wet with who knows what. which made my chalupa wet and soggy as well. EW. Fast food is never that great but COME ON! Even a monkey could do a better job than these wild banshees working here. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Your employees didn’t even know what an order of cheesy nachos was. Then they were incredibly rude. The location was at Fort Worth Avenue in Denton, TX. If your employees aren’t even aware of what’s on your menu, they need to learn. The manager, Julie C. was incredibly rude, ignorant, and not capable of adequately forming a simple sentence. Was she drunk? It sure smelled like it. Is that really the best employee for a manager that you can find??? I’m posting this review to Unilocal,Urban Spoon, Twitter, Facebook, and Ello. You really need to hire smarter employees.

I don’t even know where to begin on this one. The staff is unprofessional, I was in there a few months back and the staff was sitting in the counter where you are supposed to pick up your food. Then, some girls came in and he walked behind then and literally slapped their butts. Disgusting and offensive. I suppose he knew the girls but it is so gross to see that from someone who literally turns around and serves you your food. Thus place is right by our house so we so by there after late nights. It. Is. So. Slow. And everyone is completely rude. Their soda fountains NEVER WORK. Taco bueno is 30 seconds away I would suggest going there.

I’m at this taco bell frequently and I’ve only dealt with friendly and polite employees here. Luckily nothing as bad as what the other reviews say. The food is typical taco bell food, not gourmet but definitely not horrible. When I go to a restaurant like this I expect decent fast food and good service which is all I’ve had here so far.

This is the worst Taco Bell on the face of the planet. We have been twice recently at night and they are under staffed. It has taken twenty minutes to get our order and there are only three other customers in the place. The workers are ridiculed by snails.
