Never a bad experience! I discovered Jersey Street Liquors about 18 months ago when I wanted wine at 9:40pm. They were the only one nearby open and I’ve been going ever since. They have a wide variety for being so small. The owner is very sweet and always helpful and friendly. I like searching their close out section to try new things for cheaper.

This neighborhood liquor store covers a fair amount of ground for having limited retail space. Most types of liquor were well represented. The pricing was fair(it’s got to be hard to compete with the bigger stores) but it’s more about location and convenience than price here. The service is friendly and helpful. I would stop by here if I did not have time to go bargain hunting, but just needed an emergency pint or six pack. Private parking right out front is typically available.

It would just be terribly wrong of me NOT to give my neighborhood liquor store 5 stars. Alex, Sylvester and Matt are the cream of the crop. I have developed quite the friendship with all 3 and have even been granted access to the potty on a few occasions. You never know when you may need those kind of privledges! They do have a really good selection of beer and wine along with an ample supply of limes if you are having a Corona kinda day! I can also make it there and back by foot in a blizzard with a backpack full of supplies for my neighbors… I learned this about 2 and ½ years ago when we got slammed with a huge storm and I lost the coin toss! Please stop by and give this local business… your business!

Hey, this ain’t you standard liquor superstore, but being a small neighborhood shop, it’s quite nice. With a good selection of beers and wines, Jersey St adds a bit of convenience to the Mayfair neighborhood. The staff(the only guy I ever see in the place) is laid back, helpful and nice. Pop in sometime and say, «What’s up?»
