JM Painting

I recently contacted JM Painting (303.248.3366) about painting our new kitchen and living room. The owner, Javier, showed up and provided me an estimate. He was to start the work while I was out of town, but my general contractor was able to let his crew in and out of the house.
The first two days, I was able to observe some of his team’s work on my Nest (video camera) remotely. The painters were professional and were doing a fantastic job. My general contractor confirmed my observations. I returned from my business travel. The day after I returned, the crew spilled paint on the carpet, oversprayed the ceiling causing the walls that had previously been painted to be ruined and poured some kind of liquid all over my new hardwood floors! It was a nightmare. I learned then that JM Painting had subcontracted with another paint company, Castro Painting (720.317.5279) who was doing the great work; but when JM used their own crews, it was a disaster!
When JM Painting showed up the next day with yet another crew who had no idea what was going on, I fired JM Painting. Javier has been belligerent since that point, sending me threatening texts, refusing to refund any money and refusing to pay the subcontractors from Castro. All in all, a bad experience (except for the good work done by Castro Painting!)

I had Javier and his team paint the interior of my new house in Stapleton. He did a great job and was highly professional and responsive with the entire process. His team was on time and was respectful. When they left there was no trash or damage at all.

Great job! Small hiccup with the meeting time for the quote, but from then on my experience was A+. Quote was reasonable and included the paint. They were able to schedule me in less than a week. Painters showed up on time (which coming from Denver to Co Springs, that’s saying something) finished the job in one day as promised. The work was top notch. I also appreciated the final walk through to ensure I was happy with the work they did. I would use them again.
