I came here on the recommendation of a coworker who I know, knows good food. With this in mind, lobster bliss did not disappoint. I got the lobster roll with bacon and avocado and it was heavenly. The lobster was fresh, the bacon was god like and the avocado was just right. The price may seem a little steep but after taking a few bites you will soon realize you get what you pay for.

My first lobster roll and I thought it was absolutely terrible… it is made with the claw meet which was soggy, stringy and chewy; definitely not what I was expecting… if that’s what you like, go for it… just sucks that it was $ 20 for the loaded sandwich and I threw up half way through because the meet was so gross… I absolutely love trying new things and would’ve preferred imitation crab… sorry to throw someone under the bus, but I don’t know how someone could stomach this.

This was undeniably the best Lobster Roll I have ever had! And I am a huge lifetime fan of Lobster and Lobster Rolls! Delicious, tender, abundant, fresh lobsterincluding lots of claw meat with a delicate sauce in a tasty toasted bun. Totally unexpected, since I’m from New York City and just visiting Denver. «Worth the trip,» as they say.

Located at The Big Wonderful on Saturdays, and throughout Denver the rest of the week, I was kind of curious where a food truck gets their lobsters from. It’s flown in overnight, sometimes same-day delivery. Every bite is savory goodness. I’ve gone twice, and only had the Hot Connecticut Lobster Roll. I’ll have to try the clams and mussels at some point. The crew is very friendly, and even remembered me from my first visit. Very cool. Really like their motto: Love. Peace. Lobster.

Holy cow. Get the Scallop Roll. It was like a piece of heaven in my mouth. I got it at The Big Wonderful. Apparently Lobster Bliss is at Civic Center Eats on Tuesdays. I can’t wait to get another one of those Scallop Rolls. You can’t help but just moan«Mmmm» after every bite.

The traditional lobster roll is delicious! Not only is the lobster on point, the roll & lettuce are fantastic too. They definitely satisfy my lobster fix. Love this place!

Hands down, the Traditional is one of the best sandwiches in Denver. I have to hold back expletives when describing this mountain of lobster goodness. It’s an orgasm for your mouth.

Had the Classic Lobster roll at The Big Wonderful! So good! Would definitely go back, and try the lobster tacos

Went back and tried the scallop roll and it was awesome. I liked the toasted roll for this one better than the one they use for the lobster. I think the lobster would taste even better on this type of roll. I really wanted to try the fried clams but they didn’t have them on the menu this time.

Tried both the classic and CT style lobster rolls and the lobster did not disappoint. Both had a great portion size and the meat was extremely fresh as was the lettuce. The classic has a hint of garlic and a lemon aioli with zest. The CT style is served hot with butter– I would, by preference, not get the lettuce on this one as sans lettuce is just what I am used to. My sister had the scallop roll with avocado, bacon and peppers on it and it looked and smelled delicious– I say looked because she did not offer to share… She said it was very tasty and I would get this on my next visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. These rolls are served with coleslaw — which I am not a fan of — so they offered me chips instead. And they are very patient with your questions and genuinely want your feedback. Just really nice folks. My one drawback was the roll — it is a brioche roll and it is not my favorite. Again — that is personal preference and everything on the roll was absolutely delicious. According to their website hey are also opening a restaurant– no mention of location — not that it matters as the lobster is worth the drive. Hopefully this will be in the near future!

The best lobster I have had in Denver. The best lobster roll I have eaten. The best food truck. No forks!

Great value– fabulous lobster. But we will wait for the brick/mortar version as we had to wait in line for an hour.

LOBSTER: The lobster was delicious –A generous portion served ice-cold, and lightly dressed with lemon aioli. Yum. ROLL: The brioche roll was stale. Shipped from a New York bakery, it tastes like it had been frozen and thawed a few times then left exposed to the dry Colorado air. I abandoned the roll and ate it as a lettuce wrap instead. You need a good roll to make a good lobster roll. I’ll look for Lobster Bliss at Civic Center Eats this summer to give it another try. I’ll definitely up the stars to 5 if they find a better roll to serve them on.
