My sewer backed up they can out fairly quick! He tech was pleasant. That is two stars from there it went bad. He guy worked on it hard for 1.5 hrs or so and said ran in to blockage at 70′ and was able only to get a smaller bit though the blockage and to the sewer main. Paid him like idiots and he left. $ 150.00 then after cleaning up I took a quick shower and yes the drain was still clogged. The tech said«we can scope it for another $ 150.00 Anyway. We had Colo sewer Service come the next am. They were prompt and got the roots out and cleared in 45 minutes. Pipeline never again unless I am in Hawaii

While they only came out to video my sewer lines, they are prompt, on time, honest, friendly, and fast. They provided a rough estimate for repairs, which I am thankful for, even though we are not currently in a position to replace our line. From my experiences, and how the tech(Kwame) handled our little job, these guys seem to be as good as they come to have your sewer lines taped. I would trust them to do any additional work for me without a question.

In a word: AWFUL. Pipeline Industries was hired to fix a sewer line in my house right before I bought it. They fixed the sewer line, but ripped out 29 feet of sprinkler line and the accompanying electrical line with it. To make matters worse, they didn’t repair it or tell anyone — they just buried the damage, took their money, and ran. When we discovered the damage, I called Pipeline right away and they told me they were not responsible for any sprinkler damage, so I was left to pay another company to fix the damage Pipeline left behind. I wrote a bad review on Google and Manny(the guy who talked to me on the phone and refused to help) wrote a misleading reply and gave his own company a five star review. Also, Pipeline Industries is being investigated for OSHA violations:

Well, it finally happened. The sewer line in my mid-70’s home finally gave up the ghost and needed to be completely replaced. After recovering from the initial shock of Rotor Rooter’s fixed price estimate of $ 6500, I decided to hunt around on my own. The work involved digging a 9′ X 3′ X 40′ trench and replacing the old clay pipe sewer line in my front yard. No, this is not an expense covered by insurance! The estimate from these guys came in at about $ 3000 less. In addition, I worked with the estimator to repair any damaged sprinkler lines as long as I supplied the parts. The work was done professionally and completed in a day. I had been told that the thing to watch out for was the ground settling and I’m happy to report a year later that this has not been an issue at all. All in all, they did a great job and saved me boatloads.
