Not the smoothest operations among the employees and almost every question I answered (what do you want, toasted, etc) had to be repeated as the sandwich maker wasn’t listening. The sandwich, however, tasted just fine — consistency at chain restaurants is important.

Second time to this place. I should’ve remembered the first time I went and never went again. Staff is very rude, sandwiches are a mess when you get them. Today, the customer in front of me was handed a cup for his drink, he grabbed the cup with his fingers inside the cup and then realized that she gave him the wrong size so he gave the cup back and got the right size and he went on his way. When it was my turn to get a cup, she tried to have the nerve to give me the same cup… NOT, and when I told her that I didn’t want that cup with his fingers in the cup, she tried to cop an attitude with me. NEVER AGAIN will I go to that store.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I was denied service and humiliated fron front of my coworkers and boyfriend. The management is horrible, and the franchise owner does nothing to resolve discrimination issues. I will never purchase anything from this store again, nor with my family, coworkers or friends.
