I registered and paid for a cooking class way in advance. I was called the Friday before the class on Sunday to let me know it was cancelled because I was the only one registered for the class. I was very disappointed because I looked forward to this for a while, and it was cancelled with such short notice. Plus, I still didn’t have the credit back on my card and it has almost been a week since the class was cancelled. I had to call back in about the missing refund, and the manager totally made it up to me. He comp’d my cooking class, and made sure my refund went through. The class was AMAZING. I am going to sign up for another one.
